Paul Washer says a lot of good things, but he also says a lot of bad things. For example, his view of regeneration is not good. He teaches monergism, instead of synergism. In other words, he does not believe or teach that regeneration (to be born again) is when a sinner decides to repent of their sins and believe the Gospel, under the influence of the Holy Spirit. He believes that God does everything, man does nothing. But clearly the responsibility to be regenerated in the Bible is upon the sinner. The sinner is obligated and responsible to be born again.
In fact, Paul Washer completely rejects any type of "decision" view of regeneration. Though many in our modern day have made half-hearted decisions. The call of the Gospel is to make a radical decision, to forsake everything and follow Christ. And nothing short of that radical decision can be called biblical regeneration/conversion/new birth.
