fs,
Don't you think it is kind of hypocritical for you to rebuke me and then you lose all patience with these hard headed, hard hearted, miserable, wretched sinners and call one of them an arrogant jerk?

Acting like a douche?
By preaching the Bible in a public forum?
No val, sorry it is the homos who are acting immaturely. Go back and review the videos again.
By the way val, trying to inflict violence on someone and not wanting to be their best friend is a little different.

fs has made repeated inferences to Brother Micah's preaching being ineffective.
Here are a few testimonies for you fs. This is from a University of Central Florida Student:
I remember when I was first regenerated; about 9 months ago, after walking out of a meeting with my philosophy professors at UCF. It was a cold afternoon as I slowly walked down the sidewalk, pondering about all the theories my professors taught me, trying to find the truth; when suddenly, God revealed to me that truth cannot be found through wisdom, and no more than a couple of steps later, I heard, “This is the truth!” Instantly, I looked ahead, and there he was, Mr. Micah; the crazy evangelist that I had seen and heard many times before. But this time was different; this time, his words, no, God’s words, tugged at my heart, they resonated within my being – I had to get more. As I drew closer, my ears could hear and my mind could understand that what this man was saying is the truth; even though I didn’t like his style of preaching. Like lightning, my spirit began to jolt creating a grand fire within my heart – I couldn’t contain this feeling! Speedily I drove home (God forgive me) to my apartment, ran to my room and pulled out my Bible; ironically I’ve always had Bibles lying around. With a racing heart I desperately scanned the book of Matthew, noticing that the words in red were causing my spirit to leap once more. But something I wasn’t expecting happened; the Spirit of God had moved in me so much that I started to see myself for who I truly was – a sinner, a child of wrath who is totally depraved and unable to do good things, a liar, an adulterer by heart, a murderer by heart, a thief, and a hypocrite. All these things I felt and knew. Crying on the floor and pulling my hair in distress, I screamed to God in silence for forgiveness and mercy; I knew I had done Him a great wrong. I didn’t have someone to guide me through a prayer, so naturally, I cried out to our Lord Jesus Christ all the wicked things I hade done in hope of forgiveness, and I pleaded for God to create in me a new heart, and to give me His Holy Spirit because I acknowledged that without Him I am nothing. Deeply disturbed, I must admit, I was quite the hypocrite to plead to God, “I’m horrible! I can’t do anything good without you!” only to go back on my computer to search the web on how to get saved; as if what I had done was not proof that I had just been saved. For I had only read up to my favorite part of Scripture, where Jesus Christ says, “If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must deny himself, and take up his cross and follow Me. For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it” (Matt. 16:24-25), and by then the word faith had only come up 11 times; never once in context of salvation. But moments later, after clicking a button that read “Click here and accept Jesus Christ now,” I had read a 20 page prayer which God used to reveal to me that salvation is by faith in Jesus Christ; which of course, is preceded and followed by repentance.
This is from a Florida Atlantic University student:
I would like to say once again that I will never forget how much the Lord has used you to help me realize the wretched state I was in as a “Christian.” Since we met I have been seeking the Lord God with a zealous heart and a determination to conquer sin that had enslaved me for so long. Although I will admit I am not fully there yet, I continue to seek the righteousness of God and the transforming power of His Spirit. Becoming bolder in my faith and witnessing to people I thought I would never witness to. I was even asked by the lady that headed up the campus ministries department if I would be interested in leading all the campus ministries at FAU. She said she loved my straight forward attitude and that it was refreshing to see a student not beating around the bush (I got that from you). I also have been involved in student leadership at 2 churches as a High School leader. The message of God is simple…”REPENT!!!!” and that is what I have been teaching people. God is going an amazing work in my life. Oh yeah I also ran out those Jehovah’s Witnesses from the school. I kid you not they used to be there everyday when the met me and were not able to reconcile any of my inquiries concerning the identity of Jesus Christ and His Spirit and The concept of the soul that proceeds the body. Now they do NOT show up anymore and it has been about 3 weeks now since they have been there. NOW I TALK TO THE MUSLIMS. I was even able to get a couple of Muslims to open up a bible and read it for themselves. They always like to say that the Bible is corrupt I always say prove it. I give them a Bible and tell them to read and find out for themselves. Pray for me Brother Micah that I may be Victorious over sin completely by the daily renewing of my mind and the taking up of my cross.
THE ENEMY HAS BEEN DEFEATED DEATH COULD NOT HOLD HIM DOWN I WILL RAISE MY VOICE IN VICTORY I WILL MAKE HIS PRAISES LOUD
SHOUT OUT TO GOD WITH A VOICE OF TRIUMPH SHOUT OUT TO GOD WITH A VOICE OF PRAISE SHOUT OUT TO GOD WITH A VOICE OF TRIUMPH WE LIFT HIS NAME UP WE LIFT HIS NAME UP
HALLELUJAH…
YOUR BROTHER, M. M.
This is from a University of North Florida student:
First Off I want to say God Bless You. Thank You so much for coming to UNF back when you did.
If you had not of come, I sincerely doubt I would have ever questioned my FASLE CONVERSION and would have ever sought out a right relationship with God.
I thank you so much, and I now consider you a sort of Uncle in the Faith. hehe.
Since, my salvation I have grown more than i would have ever expected I would. I have a fire inside me that is all consuming. Now, I plan my life around God instead of trying to mold God around my life.
So again, Thank You Brother Micah.
This is from a student at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill:
Brother Micah, I just wanted to thank you and your wife for visiting us at Chapel Hill! I am a sophomore there, and I was greatly moved by your sermons. I hope you don't think that all the students at UNC are hypocrites, because I know that those people are the most vocal when you have questions asked. UNC is definitely a hard place for a true Christian to be, but I love it and consider the mass amounts of sinners there as an opportunity for conversion that God has created for us.
PLEASE come back!!! You attract far greater audiences than Gary does (because he has been there so long and people have pretty much heard his repertoire), and I think that you actually have gotten through to some people. It made my days so much better to stop for a few minutes and listen to you. You truly are a light unto the world, and I could feel the holy spirit radiating from you!
This is from a student at the University of North Florida:
Brother Micah,
I deeply appreciate your reply. I know that God is guiding you in your ministry. I know that he will help the seeds you are planting grow. Thank You for preaching at the universities. I don't know what I would be doing if you hadn't but I know you have helped me find my way back to God. He sent you to me and he has reclaimed one of his lost sheep. I want you to know that I am helping my girlfriend with her walk with God and am beginning a bible study group with her and a good friend of mine. I guess I am trying to tell you that I know there are a lot of hecklers and haters that attack you while you preach but I am a result of your preaching and God's grace. Thank You So Much. God Bless You and Your Wife!
Don't Ever Stop Doing God's Work! You are making a difference! ( I guess you wouldn't have stopped whether I left that last part or not. )
Thank You, R.
This is from a student at Florida Atlantic University:
Hey Brother Micah,
I am thankful to the Lord God Almighty for the work you are doing around all these campuses. I thank God that He has revealed His true word and message of salvation to through you. Since then I can honestly say that my relationship with the Lord has never been better. No longer praying for my own need but continuously giving praise to King of Kings and trusting fully in His name that He will provide. My pursuit is holiness, righteousness, and the kingdom of God . He has given me a passion to tell the people the Truth of who God is and His character. I have made it my goal to try and tell one person about Him everyday. I have gone from drinking the milk of God’s Word and have been eating the solid foods (James). I matured in the Lord and my stumbles are almost a thing of the past. As the Lord purifies me of all unrighteousness I have the hope that because of whom Jesus is within me I will be able to say that I have not sinned in months. But even though I stumble Hebrews says that I don’t have to walk in shame and in guilt, so I lift my head high and get up and continue the race. Thank God for His grace. May the people that you talk to daily get passed this feeling of judgment and truly hear what God has to say “let him who have ears let him hear.” And then experience the Grace of the Almighty for themselves. Praise Jesus!!! May God continue to bless you in His ministry my brother.
M.
This is from a student at University of North Carolina at Charlotte:
Thank you for giving me those questions to think about Brother Micah. <3 I have to tell you, that though when you first arrived on campus I mocked you and laughed at you, but I soon realised what you were preaching. It made me rethink a lot of things. I spent most of Monday praying. You really made a difference to me, thank you =). You will have to tell me next time you will be at UNCC.
I received this email from a pastor at a church where we stayed, and preached, while we were preaching at University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and North Carolina State University. I edited it some to keep names confidential and conserve space:
Brother Micah
This is the name that you are known as on the Chapel Hill Campus. We are in revival now at the church. Last night A. P. came and brought another boy from UNC-Chapel Hill. I asked him did he know the campus preacher Brother Micah. He said, I do know Brother Micah. You sure made an influence on his life. Keep on, you are making a difference. At one time he was crying like a baby. I hope he will come again and get saved. He said he went to the Baptist church. Hope you and Elizabeth have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Keep on e-mailing Pastor B. R.

Acting like a douche? By preaching the Bible in a public forum? No val, sorry it is the homos who are acting immaturely. Go back and review the videos again. By the way val, trying to inflict violence on someone and not wanting to be their best friend is a little different. So that's what you meant by "their reaction"? All of your "sodomites" try to beat you up? Really, Micah? Really? No, Micah, I think the vast majority of them just hold up signs and argue with you and maybe mock you a little on their way to class. You seemed a little confused as to why, so I thought I'd explain it to you. You are once again trying to connect two things that have no connection. People don't get mad at you because they're gay. They get mad at you because you're attacking them. If you don't like it, stop attacking them. Nobody is saying you shouldn't be allowed to do it, but when I pour water over my head, I don't complain about the fact that I'm wet. You invite a reaction, you know it, you revel in it, and then you turn around and cry "discrimination," or, worse, use it to claim that gay people are inherently "violent" because they reacted to you attacking them. Are there some people who take it too far and should be prosecuted? Absolutely (I invite you to find an instance anywhere on this board of me saying otherwise). But there are violent gay people just as there are violent straight people, and it has nothing to do with their sexual orientation. Suggesting otherwise is terrible logic, not to mention shameful slander. Is attacking you back the most mature reaction to your "preaching"? Nope. But neither is the thing they're attacking, and what was that your storybook says about those in glass houses? I have never said, in this thread or any other, that I condone a violation of your rights because of your douchery, and I find it hilarious that you are still accusing me of saying so, despite the fact that I remind you of the contrary in just about every post. Again, I dare you to find even one example of me saying anything you suggest.

You should ifnore Micah;'big mouth and irksome personality and pay a little more attention to the key point in his message that you are missing and that is the need to repent. Micah is NOT God and he is NOT one of the prophets of the OT. His dleivery and his attitude leaves a lot to be deisred as a person, BUT nonetheless you sgould look real close at the meat of the emssage he speaks, even if the deliebvry could be better. If he did not have a desire to brign the word tot he undaved he would not be oit there preaching , but doing somehting far more personally profitable, I am sure. Ignroe the messenger and hear the message which is one calling sinners to repent.
Look at the meat in Micah's message , Valentine. Look at Micah's meat! Forget his wisecracks and such. Just see the meat and consider it. There is where salvation lies. The meat of the message is the call to repent.
All have sinned and come short of the glory of God. You cannot change this. It is the way iy is ,. There is one mediator between God and man and that is Jesus Christ. You must turn from your sins or be condemned by them.
You and your friends need to hear the message of repentance and believe. Stop behaving like a bunch of whores. Kireji is acting like a Richard and you are acting like a pregnant dog to people who care abiout youa nd are trying to help you and I am saying this in the language you will understand as I was once one of you.
You talk about people being douches. Yout wo are the main douches here , because you constantly refuse to see the light offered to you. Grow up and realize it is not all about you. Without God you are nothing ,. We are all nothing without God but at least I go to heaven when I die. You don't.
But you can.
Turn and repent. The meat of the message we all preach is the call to come to Christ. Devour the meat and be fileld. The word of the KIngs of Kings will sustrain you come you know HIM! Why starve when spiritual food can be yours! Come and repent ! Come to Jesus!

At this point in time, for me at least, it wouldn't matter if I were to repent of my sins. I gladly participated in the blasphemy challenge (and that wasn't the first time I've done that, either).
In the unlikely event that I were to lose my mind and convert, it wouldn't make a lick of difference, not now, not any more.
So go ahead, preach away. All you'll do is waste your time.

I agree with Severian that it would be a waste of time. I don't want to waste my time with people who apparently are happy of doing what they do. Who cares if people are blaspheming , they can do all the blaspheming they want. Either the Holy Spirit has given up on them , or they have to be humbled to come to the end of themselves and believe eventually. Either way it is waste of time to preach to people like Severian , for he has already all the knowledge needed. Better spend time with people who doubt , and with muslims or other people who never had heard the Gospel

Who ever said I was complaining about them attacking me?
I am not glad they are going to hell but I am glad my preaching is so effective that it gets their attention and causes them to try to defend a perverted lifestyle destined to destroy the human race and America.

fs,
Please show where I have ever claimed to be an old testament prophet. They have all been gone now for hundreds of years.
The similiarity that I have to them, John the Baptist, Jesus Christ, Paul, Peter, Stephen, and all true Christians everwhere is we all preach repentance in no vague terms (which means preaching against their sin also), and we bring the hatred of sinners against God on ourselves (John 7:7, John 15:18, 19, John 3:19, 20, 1 John 1:5, John 15:25, 1 John 3:12-13).
fs, you desperately need to read all of the Bible and especially the above verses.

That is called "public awareness".
Most people think homosexuals are nice people who just need to know about how much God loves them.
It is always the fundamentalist who is portrayed as the "bad guy" and the homos portrayed as the "good guy".
Not so in the eyes of God and not so in these videos. Not all homosexuals would kill a Christian if they had the chance but they all are God haters along with every other sinner.
No Val, you are the one who is mad about me posting videos revealing who the real "bad guys" are. However, it won't do much good so don't worry. Most of the society including most of the would be, so called open air preachers (Tony Holland case in point) are more influenced by the homosexual agenda than by the Bible.

Val,
Are you saying a homosexual parade is a mob? So in other words before the preacher arrived the homosexual parade was a mob.
By the way usually at a parade there are spots designated for us by the police for us to preach at. So we are not walking into a "mob".
We are in a designated area and we begin to preach and they all come around us. In other words they "mob" us. That is why we are usually roped off, fenced off, and surrounded by police. To keep the homos from attacking us. Notice the direction the police are ALWAYS facing. Never towards the preachers but always towards the "mob" of homosexuals.
That is because they are the agressors, the threat, and the danger. Not the preachers.
Of course that was not the case at all in the first video I posted. They were not street preachers. They were not "verbally assaulting" anyone. Just singing songs about the love of God, telling the homosexuals how much God loved them and praying for them.
What is a verbal assault?

Yeah, why would anyone think that fundamentalists are bad people when they sought to take marriage rights away, prevent gays from serving in the military, and keep sexual orientation out of hate crimes laws (which is odd considering that those laws would also protect heterosexuals, but when was the last time you heard about them needing them?) I'm sorry, what was your point again?

You are such a moron!
If a black person attacks assaults another black person it is motivated by hate.
If a white person attacks assaults another white person it is motivated by hate.
If a homo attacks a straight person it is motivated by hate.
If a straight person attacks a homo it is motivated by hate.
We already have laws against doing that so why do we need so called "hate crime laws".
Furthermore, moron, homosexuals never have had marriage "rights" so how did anyone take them away?
To have the right to do something it must be based on righteousness. Homosexuality will destroy the human race because homos cannot reproduce with each other. Any behavior destined to destroy the human race is unrighteous.
Homos should not be in the military the same reason men and women do not share public restrooms. Who wants to take showers, and sleep with people who are always checking you out and wanting to have sex with you.

Aww, someone's learned a new word. :-) There were 2 states where marriage was legal, so yes, that was taken away. Neither does celibacy for god. I guess we should outlaw religion then? Who said anything about sharing showers? Do you find every woman you see attractive? If not, why do you assume that gay people find every member of the same sex attractive? If you answer yes to the first part of that question, then why aren't you blind per Matt 18:9?

Ok I will try to simplify this for you.
When I go into a bathroom I do not want to have sex with anyone in the bathroom. I am not even tempted to be attracted to anyone in the bathroom. Not so with the homos.
Do you know how many sex partners homos have annually?
If I were to go into a female's bathroom there would be women in there at times who would be a temptation. They would not feel comfortable or safe with other men in there unless they are sleazy, loose whores. Many women are but some are not.
I think this is simple enough for even you to understand.
By the way, do you think the majority of the state of liberal California who voted in favor of Proposition 8 are fundamentalist Christians?
Are you aware 70% of the black voters in California voted in favor of Proposition 8? Are they all bigoted, racist, homophobes? Do you think they are all fundamentalists?

oh micah, you're right, name calling is definitely the best way to win an argument. Kudos my friend, kudos. Homos should not be in the military the same reason men and women do not share public restrooms. Who wants to take showers, and sleep with people who are always checking you out and wanting to have sex with you. First, I know you shower and sleep in the same room, but that doesn't mean they share the same shower head and bed. They don't expect you to crawl into the same bed as another man. Second, I seriously doubt that many gay men check you out or want to have sex with you micah.

Yes, Jesus called people morons (Matthew 23). The Greek word for fool is moros which means a moron.
The Bible also says the fool has said in his heart that there is no god (Psalm 14). Maybe you would prefer me to call him a fool.
Oh so just because they are not forcing you to have sex with someone it is ok?
No they don't share shower heads or beds in prison either.
Yes, you are correct I do not think all these homos are wanting to have sex with me either anymore than I think all the young women are checking me out.
However unlike you, I am concerned with other people besides myself. I am concerned with the welfare of innocent children. I am concerned with the welfare of innocent young girls. I am concerned with the welfare of young men who want to remain pure until marriage.
People should not have to feel threatened with either physical or sexual assault in a public place.
People in the military have an important job. They are working for the country. They should not be unnecessarily distracted. One of the reasons for training camp is to seperate you from the temptations and distractions of the opposite sex so you can focus on training.
Homos in the military defeats this.
Maybe all the homos can go and start their own country, make all the quirky laws they want and have a homo military.

you're right, homos in the military is a horrible threat against the young men and women of america. Having homos in the work place is horrible. Infact, lets pass a law that homos can't work either, except maybe at home as long as they aren't in contact with the straights. Lets go one further, lets just ship all the homos out of the country, or kill them. Yes lets kill them all. This sounds like a great strategy! </sarcasm>

Oh I see so now we are at the point where you are not able to defend your point anymore and begin to change the subject.
No out in the working place you have those of the opposite sex working with each other.
When I was a school teacher we had both male and female teachers. There is a potential danger for people working together to become attracted to each other and become involved (a danger that is if they are already married).
For your information this is one reason why there are usually some kind of dress codes at workplaces. So people are dressed appropriately and not distracted (I realize you are still in college at this point and do not know much about the workforce and being in the real world-sarcasm!).
This is one reason we are commanded in the Bible to dress modestly.
Homos in the workplace is not the same at all as homos in the military. You do not have to share showering and sleeping quarters with people in the workplace (not usually anyway).

You know Micah, I was convinced for a minute that this Praise For Aids guy is just some blind sinner spoofing you all after seeing you on campus, but I am now starting to wonder....Is Praise For Aids a real christian and maybe your son?
I appreciate your enthusiasm for preaching, but your way of dealing with the gays just does not and will not work and if you really want to see them saved you really need to find a better way to witness to them. Your ways do not and will not work and that is what you do not get. I mean that lovingly. I really do, Micah.
There is great potential for you, I think,. Micah, but like Peter you seem to constantly put your big foot in your big mouth.
I pray you be granted badly needed wisdom and judgment for the future so you can have a truly effective ministry
Amid all the back and forth, I do mean that.
He who wins souls is wise, Micah.

Oh, yeah, sure fs.
You are in no position to instruct anyone concerning any type of ministry at this point.
You just came out of a homosexual affair, and you are going to tell the preacher how to do deal with homosexuals correctly?
When you tell someone the truth, you are doing it the right way.
Maybe you should go rebuke your girlfriend instead of the preacher?

Get over yourself.

In the meantime I will pray for you as I am sure with a post like this you are not praying for me. I think maybe God will listen to my prayers right now better than yours. I will pay you become enlightened, lose your ego and become a true warrior for Christ.
May God break you as I was broken so you may be really used by HIM>

So now I am self-righteous because I tell you the truth (Gal.4:16)? There is a way that seems right to a man, but it only leads to death (Prov 14:12). I guess you know a better way than John the Baptist, Jesus, Peter, Paul, and all of the other apostles. Get over yourself loud mouth. People like you are not going to win anyone over to Christ with statements like this. You are just reaching o put yourself over big. People will turn away rather than toward Christ because of statements like this and attitudes like yours. Get over yourself. What a hypocrite you are. You call me a loud mouth, then in the same breath condemn me for turning people away with my speech and having an improper attitude (Eph 4:29). I am crucified with Christ. I live by the faith of the Son of God (Gal 2:20). If you think the job of a Christian is to win people over with positive and unoffensive speech, then you have no clue who Jesus is. He called Jews children of the devil, a Gentile woman a dog, entire cities were condemned to hell; He even called that generation wicked, evil, and adulterous. Jesus came to bring a sword, not peace (Matt 10:34-39). Friendship with the world makes you God's enemy (James 4:4, I John 2:15-17). We are not supposed to try and be "nicer than Jesus." They hated Jesus for no reason, we should expect nothing less if we are genuinely disciples of Christ (John 15:18-25). You are sinless I suppose? What skeletons are in YOUR closet, loudmouth! Yes, I am sinless, thanks to Jesus Christ, the sinless sacrifice for sin (II Cor 5:21, I John 1:6-7, 2:1-6, 3:4-10, ). I am a new creature in Christ(II Cor 5:17, 7:1). I am free from the power of sin (John 8:34-36, Romans 6, 8:1-2, II Pet 1:3-4, James 1:2-8, I could go on). You should know this if you are a student of God's word (II Tim 2:15). Actually, my closet is a prayer closet (Matt 6:6). Thankfully YOU are not my pastor. Are toy even a pastor anywhere? Are you ordained anywhere? Have you had any training at all in human psychology or dealing with people or do you just fo iout and rave because voice in you rell tou to? Go join Phelps. Yes, if I was your pastor, you would have been taught sound biblical doctrine from the beginning. You would know your Bible if you sat underneath any of my teaching. I say that with all humility, but also with confidence. Your immaturity is glaringly evident in your posts. With that evidence, I would say your current pastor is doing a lousy job! Now I never bring this up, but since you did, I will tell you this much; I was a Rev in the AG for about 5 years. I had the suits, the pulpit was open to me, I stood up there with the pastors week after week. The religious system of today will never ever accomplish the will of God until they submit to Him, and stop trying to be religious, stop trying to build ministries, and start preaching the gospel to every creature like Christ commanded (Mk 16:15). Again, I guess you know a better way than John the Baptist, Jesus, Peter, Paul, and all of the other apostles. None of these men had the formal training you mentioned, but just look at what they accomplished. And lastly, Fred and Shirley Phelps are hyper-calvinists. They would be much less merciful towards you than I am being, trust me. I would not consider them true Christians, but a cult. In the meantime I will pray for you as I am sure with a post like this you are not praying for me. I think maybe God will listen to my prayers right now better than yours. I will pay you become enlightened, lose your ego and become a true warrior for Christ. Yes, I have prayed for you fs. I would also mention that since you are still sinning by your own admission, God does not hear your prayers (John 9:31, I Pet 3:12). Your accusations are a direct result of your conviction. Your lashing out will not change anything. BUT, if you repent, and turn from your wickedness, then God can restore you. If you die in a state of lust, you will perish (Luke 13:1-5). May God break you as I was broken so you may be really used by HIM. You erroneously assume that I am unbroken before God. Sin breaks God's heart. I choose to obey Him, and remain tender and broken before Him. ------------------------------------------------- Now, I have asked you this question before, and you never replied. How old are you? To me, you seem very young and immature. I would guess you are between 16-22 years old. The reason I ask is because of the way you phrase your sentences in your posts. You come across as very juvenile. But hey, if you are 42 or 50 or something, well, you still need to be genuinely serving God. And a person who has admitted to the things that you have on this forum, along with numerous posts full of personal opinion and erroneous, unbiblical rhetoric, you cannot be living obedient to the faith. If your lifestyle contrasts the Bible, you are NOT a Christian. Period.

Your rant is laughable and not worth a lengthy response. I pray you see the light as you are the one who is not a true Christian. You deceive others and deceive yourself.
I pray for you yo see the error of your ways before it is too late.
How old I am is also none of your business.
I am through wasting time with you.
