OAO Team 2 will be in the SoCal area until we go home on December 9. If you want to get together or know anyone who would like to get together and preach let me know. Miles@openairoutreach.com
We haven't really decided what campuses we want to preach at yet so if you have any ideas let me know. We are in Indio right now and will be until after Thanksgiving.

Hey Miles, If you feel like swinging by San Diego, there's a very lovely Community College in Chul Vista called Southwestern College. That's where I went before transferring to a four-year

If you wind up in Chula Vista Miles, then across the street from that college there used to be (haven't been there for five years, so...) a restaurant that did both sushi and food from all over the Pacific Islands. It was kind of wierd, but they had lots of really tasty stuff and some pretty good lunch deals on bento boxes and the like. Not sure if it's still good or even still there, but if you are in the neighborhood it might be worth a shot Oh, and in Los Angeles there is a Cuban place on Venice Blvd called Versailles that I would highly recommend. It has a nice friendly atmosphere, and they make the best garlic chicken I have ever had.

In that case when you make it up to northern California and the central coast, Nelly and I will take you out for some good sushi I think we may single handedly keep the sushi and Thai restaurants in our town running

We have tried to keep the Thai and Sushi places in bussiness in Syracuse. The Thai places are doing ok but this one Sushi Hana place we used to love finally went under. I would get a bento box when I went there.

If you guys make it back to Tucson, there is a great place I failed to take you to for Bento Boxes and such...
I haven't been there in a while, but it's so yummy! ;D
Of course, I guess I have no idea how it compares to those other great places...

Mahatma, where in NoCal? My sister and family live in Rohnert Park, near Santa Rosa. Hopefully, Miles and Team Two will be up there after they all return to Cal in January....
Miles, this is TOO funny. I was going to post, "I love bento boxes!" but you beat me to it....can't wait to cook with you again, bud. Only 10 more days!! Maybe Dad will take us out to Toykyo Seoul! Or we can stay home and make hummus, tabbouli, and wings ;D

Victoria, I live in Santa Cruz, which is on the north coast of Monterey Bay. San Jose is just over the mountains to the north, and San Francisco is about two hours north. It's known as a surfing and resort town, though it's also sort of a hippie mecca (I love it in spite of the hippies ). Santa Cruz is only about an hour and a half north of Big Sur (which is not to be missed) and despite being so close to big cities, we are sheltered between the Ocean and mountains covered in redwood trees, so it feels kind of private and nice. Here's a link to some pictures of the area www.terragalleria.com/california/california.santa-cruz.html

Ok, me and the open air team are in LA (Norwalk) right now and we have been preaching at UCLA this week. We plan on preaching here all week from roughly noon till 5pm. The crowds have been very large and yet very civil. Today though we had a demon possessed guy (and I mean really demon possessed) assault Eli. It was pretty wild. I hadn't seen anything quite on this level before. Even when the cops came and had the guy in handcuffs, he was practically fighting the police. I don't think the crowd knew quite what to make of a guy manifesting demons. All this happened after the focus of the discussion in the open air was "How can you prove the spirit realm exists when it cannot be observed?" We would love to have some people out there with us even if it is just to pray.
To contact me call 315.416.2305
Blessings,
Miles
