DAY 1 at GMU
We had some friends who lived near the GMU campus and others who were students on the campus that invited us to preach there. Though we arrived late in the afternoon we still were able to get a great meeting going.
I started off the meeting railing against sin. A large crowd gathered almost instantly when I mentioned other religions being false.
Though shortly after the meeting started to get going a police officer, professing Christianity, came to shut us down. He said that it was a diverse campus therefore we couldn't preach. I find it so ironic that we are not tolerated in the name of tolerance, that people try to kick us off campus in the name of diversity!
When I asked what laws we were breaking he said "trespassing" and "breach of peace". I said, "Officer your wrong. This is a public campus and this crowd is peacefully assembled. Think clearly before making any hasty decisions. This is a lawsuit in the making." After trying to reason with him some more I realized I was getting no where. Eventually I requested to speak with his supervicor. He made a phone call and then said, "ok, what I am going to do is write down your information and let you keep preaching. This is a public campus and your actually in the free speech area."
The original crowd was still there although now it had grown in size since the police had shown up. Because the crowd became very large, it moved in on us. I figured we would need some elevation so I moved over to a brick rising.
The autmosphere was quite and calm for a while. I was able to preach while others simply listened. But eventually the heckling came, slowly but surely. I was able to reason and persuade giving biblical answers to their questions.
Eventually Jeffrey took over and was able to speak to the crowd on many issues, many of which were regarding Islam. A very large population of muslims from the middle east attends GMU. One man became violent and shoved Jeffrey off the brick rising.
Eventually Miles took over the preaching and wrapped up the meeting after we had preached a total of approximately 61/2 hours! He invited the students to come back the next day.
DAY 2 at GMU
We had studied a bit more of the unholy koran and brought one out with us on the campus. We had highlighted key verses regarding killing infidels and cutting off the finger tips and toes of the unbelievers to show that it was no a peaceful religion.
Miles preached but eventually got pulled into a one2one with a girl regarding whether or not open air is good. So I took the koran in one hand and the bible in the other and said, "Alright. We've come out here today and we even brought with us the unholy Koran. We're going to talk to you about the false prophet Mohammad." An instant crowd gathered and tried to be forceful and intimidating to take the Koran from me. I said, "You are proving my point. My point is that Islam is not a peaceful religion. And how do you respond? Forcefully trying to be intimidating. If you want to prove the contrary you need to act contrary."
I gave the crowd over to Miles as he preached. His point was, "Mohammad is dead and Allah never lived." Shortly after Miles started a man came and stole the Koran. But a Christian girl came up to me and said, "I'm a Christian and I'm not mad at you. It takes real guts to do what you did." I found out later that her father is a muslim and she's been wanting the courage to talk to him. She became a strong supporter of us on campus.
It wasn't long before we recieved opposition from the homosexuals on campus.
He was of the angry, violent, militant type. But Miles stayed calm and cool the entire time, gently commenting and answering the questions.
We had all sorts of signs made against us.
There was even a rainbow flag, but it was not to remind us of Noahs flood. The rainbow has been hijacked by the homosexuals and it's become their flag.
I confessed to the crowd that I too am gay, although not all the time. Sometimes I have bad days and somedays are just blah days, but somedays are really gay days. Gay in that sense meaing happy. Gay was a good word until that too was hijacked by the homosexuals. I don't think I've ever met a gay homosexual.
Brother Jeff was invited to speak in a Law class on the topic of homosexual marriage by a professor. I joined him and also was able to get a trancendental arguement against homosexual marriage, while other students had their chance to give their arguements as well.
Here is a picture of us with the professor after the class.
Overall we had large crowds again the second day. We had preached for a total of 8 hours that day. Miles did most of the preaching.

After GMU we went to the University of Maryland.
It was Jeffs turn to start the preaching. He picked a great location where there was plenty of room for students to sit.
It wasn't too long before hecklers came which helped build the crowd.
And we also broke out our banner to attract more attention.
After Jeff preached for about an hour I was able to take over and share my testimony and some stories.
I had different hecklers who tried to attack the existence of God as well as the morality of the bible.
This heckler yelled so much it was hard to try to reason with him. He brought up so many different points and then refused to let me answer them until his yelling tangent was over.
After I finished up Miles was able to preach and answer the students question.
Miles brought up Islam which upset a nearby student table of muslims who ended up calling the cops on us. First an officer said we just had to leave or we'd be arrested for trespassing. Then another cop showed up and said that the students had the area reserved and we would need to go get a permit from the admin.
But we had already preached for about 3 hours and Miles and I had a trip to NY we needed to make so we left. Though next year we may return and go through the permit process.
