pray for my sister. i am only posting this because she is a devout christian. she is going through a lot of changes this year, and i think she needs all the support she can get. she is graduating with a bachelor degree in psychology this winter, and getting married in december following the graduation. however, this summer is what concerns our family the most. she will be making a five week trip to england to study abroad, and she will not have access to long distance calls through the duration of the trip. so, yeah...

hey, at least i approve of the dude she is tying the knot with, and its because he is a christian. i know for a fact that he will treat her right, but you can never be sure with heathens like me!

hmm... kinda of sounds like you do believe in a morality that is abstract from the individual. If not, it doesn't matter how anyone treats anyone.

i do believe in morality. however, as we have discussed previously, i look to society and it influences what morals i choose to accept into my person. i see my future brother-in-law, and i expect him to treat my sister right. however, i wouldn't want some lazy bum, or an alcoholic. he is a christian. he is not extremely fundamental or liberal so i am guaranteed that as long as he lives by the bible they will have a good marriage. i am sure they will have their fair share of bad luck in life, but i do not expect it to be the result of his actions against her, or vice-versa.
