Around July 20th for two weeks I will be doing a short mission trip with Isaiah Six ministries www.Isaiahsix.com to China. Originally the plan was to go to Kazakhstan but there were not many people signed up so they combined two trips into one. I'm pretty excited about this trip. It will be my first overseas mission trip. I doubt there will be any open air preaching as the persecution is pretty heavy. Please keep the trip in prayer: -Safety -Favor with authorities -Anointed preaching -Finances for me to go ($2,800) Miles

I hope you don't get arrested and spend the rest of your life in a behind pounding Chinese prison living on mud and playing bed buddy to a creepy ex-member of the Yakuza. (Yakuza is Japanese I know... but I guess some of them could be imprisoned in China, why not?)
Um... Have... fun? :/

AWESOME! I'll be sure to mention this in my prayers bro. I've always wanted to go to China myself. God willing, perhaps He may send me there one of these days. If you can, take lots of pictures. I want to see! I'm excited for you. Be sure to walk in the Spirit above all things and may God be magnified in this.

Well, the China trip has been canceled by the ministry organizing it due to some logistical reasons. But praise God, I will be going to the Ukraine instead. I leave next wednesday and I will be gone for two weeks. I probably won't be posting much if any while there. I'd really appreciate it if you guys could keep it in prayer. There will be some open air preaching oportunities and we will be establishing a youth camp and working with an orphanage for teens. Should be an amazing trip. I'll be sure to give you all a full report.

Also, you saints can pray that he remembers the Russian he's been learning over the past few weeks. Right now, he knows the russian word for "Listen!" but then can't say anything else! ;D

I am bummed about missing Jeff's Toronto outreach on the 8th. I'll have to make a special trip up there this summer.
BTW, near Syracuse there is an event called the Harbor Fest (it is actually on Lake Ontario, in Oswego) during the last weekend in July. It would be great it if you guys could make it. Lots of tacts, one2one, and open air oportunities. I'm sure we can take care of housing for anyone who wants come down.
Slucien!

Oh man! Miles, Miles, Miles. It's not THE Ukraine, simply, Ukraine. Also, as any true Ukrainian would admit, vodka is in their blood. Trust me, my best friend is Ukrainian.
I'm praying for Ukraine that this trip too is canceled. It's for Ukraine that I do so.

Hey Miles,
At the end of July our Town is holding a huge Elvis Festival. July 28th and 29th. We will be there holding our "Say no to idols" outreach.
I will continue to pray for your up coming missions trip.

Only a few hours to go! I'll be off the boards for about two weeks so don't burn the board down kids.
God bless,

I tried diligently to teach him Please (pah jahl sta) and Thank you (spa see ba) ;D
They are now in towns and villages in Ukraine (notice no "The" it's hard to stop saying that), evangelizing in the streets, and also setting up a Christian camp for orphans who now have reached their teen years, and are in need of productive things to do. Please pray that God is glorified in all that they do, and also that He places a hedge of protection around the entire group.
Praise report: the Sunday before he flew off, his support need was met 100%. Praise God!!

Your lack of presence has been felt! Anyone know when Miles is getting back? I'm baaaaack! Flight arrived about three hours ago and I am really tired. Thank you all for your prayers. I can't wait to write up a report and post the nearly 400 pictures and video clips. This was an awesome trip. I hope to return again next year. Miles
