Please pray for my trial tomorrow. I have had a few continuances so far due to the attorney not notifying our attorney with the information they wanted from us.
It took me a while to find a firm that would take my case and a lawyer willing to defend me. I did not want to accept a pretrial diversion because I thought it was an admission of guilt and if I accepted it would make it easier for them to push us back further.
These folks are on the ball though. They faxed an 11 page letter to the attorney on how the officer violated our first amendment rights, etc. and believe if they take the time to read the letter they will definitely see their mistake and drop the charges.
They said they are also prepared for an appeal if necessary.

What if God wants you to lose though? I don't know, the whole grand design is a LITTLE out of scope for me, but will you be praying to win, or will you pray, something along the lines of "whatever you see fit, Father God"?
Just a suggestion.

cervy,
Oh, you are so smart.
There is a time to pray that way. I remember when my father was in a suicide hospital and I prayed that way. You know what happened? He commited suicide.
There is a time to pray "thy will be done", there is a time to pray for victory, and there is a time to rebuke the devil.
I already made it plain in my above post that if all I was concerned with was myself, I would take the pretrial diversion and get out of it. However, I do not think that is the right thing to do. This is a first amendment issue and 1 Timothy 2:1-4 tells us to pray for those in authority that we might lead a peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
Yes I am taking a chance on losing and going to jail and paying fines, but that may be necessary. However, I believe it is God's will that the doors to the gospel being preached in the open air stay open. That is always God's best plan. His primary way of evangelism is open air preaching.
If at some day in this country we are no longer allowed to do that legally, then we will deal with that accordingly. Until that day, I will use all my energy and resources to preach the Word of God open air and help raise up other preachers.

Yes, demanding His will be done in earth as it is in heaven. Amen.
When you know the will of God you sometimes must command it to come to pass, because there will be much resistance.
Thus saith the Lord, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands COMMAND YE ME. Isaiah 45:11

God sent me a text message, in nicer words, he wants you to shut up.
Bet you don't have God's cell number.

I do. It is Jeremiah 33:3, Call unto me and I will answer thee and show thee great and mighty things which thou knowest not.
God does not hear your prayers. Psalm 66:8-If I regard iniquity in my heart the Lord will not hear me.

I need some prayer too. I have an opportunity to be in charge of a department at the store that I work at. I have an interview coming up for this position and I just want the Lord's will. The manager talked to me about taking the position this morning.Im just following my husband's lead.I told the Lord that if this is not what you want than your going to have to change the direction of things.I really want to be an executive at this store if my husband decides to keep me working there.
Please pray for my husband because he is having health problems. He went to the hospital because they had to do some tests on him and the results showed his breathing stopped 45 times in one hour while he was sleeping.
