The preacher 2:14 The wise man's eyes are in his head; but the fool walketh in darkness: and I myself perceived also that one event happeneth to them all.

Praise the Lord! Are they translated from the KJB or from the other versions? If they are translated from the KJB they are better then the other versions but not perfect. Again, just to make things clear. As for as myself, I prefer the KJB. I study from it, read from it and teach from it. BUT, This is the whole issue though. If these missionary bibles are translated from the KJB, then it is still another translation. Other english Bibles were translated from the KJV. So this is a stumbling block to your passion on saying there is only one true translation which is KJB. Would you not say?

Not exactly the same as the KJB. You will find differences in them.
Which ones?

The KJV has been translated into many languages. Even Thai, and although it is not a perfect translation, it is better than the other Bible versions they have. My wife is Thai so her English is not so good, but she said that when she started to read the King James, it blessed her with her English and she was able to retain more words.

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, In light of the scriptures below, ask yourself this question: Is your righteousness through "the faith of Christ" OR through your own faith "in Christ". The Word of God: (Phil 3:9) And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: NIV: Phil3:9 and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ—the righteousness that comes from God and is by faith. In Christ or Of Christ, is the same thing. The word of means from within or out of Christ. The word In denotes also where the faith exists or comes from. People seem more interested in splitting hairs then rejoicing together in what we have in Christ, from Christ, by Christ and through Christ. However we want to look at it, apart from Christ we are dead in our sin and without hope in this world. He bought and paid for the believer and we now are become slaves unto Him through repentance (once and for all) and faith.

Alan,
You have a good point, but there is one serious change in the NIV that really bothers me, and I would like to see what you or anybody else has for a comment.
Revelation 14:12
12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. KJV
Rev 14:12
12 This calls for patient endurance on the part of the saints who obey God's commandments and remain faithful to Jesus. NIV
Do you believe remaining "faithful to" and the "faith of" Jesus denote any major doctrinal deviation?
Praise the LORD!

There is the fruit of a KJB, compared to the rotten fruit of all other versions.

My Christian brethern,
I would like to have the "faith of" Jesus, not just "faith in," Jesus. "faith in" could only be a little bit, not very much, scarce amount, trace amount, etc... But "faith of" Jesus is powerful! That is the experience I want, and the KJV tell me that is the standard, so it is settled. If you want a trace amount of faith, go with the "Catholic" versions, but if you want a salvational faith of the Protestants go with the KJV.
Please do not get offended, these are just some conclusions from comparing the different versions, but there are so many "Catholic" changes to the "New Age" bible versions that it is incredible that others have not seen them.
