Evidence shows that it does not reduce crime, and actually, states with the death penalty tend to have higher crime rates than states without it. Killing Mussaoui now is only revenge, and that is not a laudable action. Put him in a cell next to Manuel Noriega. All life is valuable, and I refuse to support the taking away of that life from anyone.
