Anybody see the HBO documentary on the Exodus story last night? While they left out some information it was really interesting. It was produced by James Cameron (Director of "Titanic" and the "Terminator" movies) and featured as narrators and guides archaeologists and geologists.
In a nutshell, they said that there is more than enough evidence now to prove that the Exodus of the Israelite slaves from Egypt did occur. There are Egyptian records (steles) that record this event.
I like what the leading archaeologist said just before the close of the program, he said: "We can now say for sure that geology, archaeology and the Bible are all telling the same story."
Once again, archaeology backs up and defends Scripture.

I don't have HBO, but I really need to pony up the cash and just get it. I miss out on tons of good stuff by not having it. Even without the movies, HBO makes the best fiction and nonfiction tv out there I think. This documentary is just one more example of why I ought to have it

Hey, I didn't even know it was going to be on. It was sheer serendipity through channel surfing that I caught it.
