Are waiting periods for permits to preach on campuses lawful?
What do you guys think? Can you cite any cases or do you know what any lawyers would say? We have been running into this a lot lately and we are not sure what to do.
Blessings,
Miles

People living in the cities where colleges do this need to challenge it in court. The ACLJ told me once when I enquired about this to send them the college's policy and they would review it to see if it was "legal", I think they told me. We have been shut down on 2 campuses last year, Kansas City, Mo. and Loiusville, KY, for no "permit". Two other campuses shut us down for our "own personal safety."

One strategy might be to have someone in the local you are going to apply for the permit for you all before you get to town.
