The logic of Jesses's doctrine is confusing because it seems to him that it is possible to live a life without sinning. Jesse makes it very difficult for anyone to be saved, thats sad. Im not sure why he thinks this way. If Christians could be sinless then there would be no reason for Paul to write his many letters to warn them of not sinning and going astray, there would be no reason for the warnings that are in the Bible about sin, except to warn non belivers; however, the warnings are also for belivers to be reminded to stay on the right path and repent for their sins, its a "lamp to our feet and a light for our path" (psalm119: 105)
His logic is confusing. For instance, He says "He plans on being sinless, or sin free now and forever," what does that mean? Is he saying that he is going to sin in the future because he is not perfect, but plans not to, or is he saying that he will strive with all his heart not too, and actually be succesful at not sinning? No Christian lives in a pattern of sin, but Christians are tempted and will mess up from time to time- all their lives. The difference is that we do not live a sinful life style because we are new creation, we cant, its not possible for us to do that because we are not of this world any longer; the chains of slavery have been broken, sin no longer has dominion over us, " Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in Him, and he cannot sin because he has been born of God." (I JOhn 3 7) Have you been born again, have you been made a new creation? Have former things past away and all things have become new? Were you circumcised by Christ by putting off the body of the sins of the flesh, being buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with through faith in the working of God?(John 316. Collossions 211, 2 Corinthians 516) If you were born again you can not go on living a sinful life style with out being convicted by God's word or through God's Spirit and enabled through Him to turn; our conscience has been renewed. On the other hand, if Jesse continues to believe the way he does, it will not work because if it is possible for him not to sin, or to live sin free, then he proves that he has never been born again by sinning,"Whoever abides in him does not sin." (1John 3:6) He condemns himself because if he admits he sins occasionally, even once a year, then that proves he has never really been born again, According to his doctrine.
