I do not pray, obviously, but just because I do not believe in prayers necessarily mean they do not work. I cannot prove or disprove them. Anyway, for the sake of an acquaintance I am throwing this up here for you all to knock yourselves out.
I go to this small christian book store on a daily basis for coffee. Long story and uncharacteristic of me. Don't ask.
Anyway, one of the two women who runs the book store is going on a mission (not street preaching, some other kind of Christian work) to Egypt for a week.
The post is for her benefit, not mine .
Feel free to knock yourselves out on her behalf. I assume she can use it.

This is called "disinterested benevolence" or "agape love", dale. There's hope for you yet, like it or not. I'll pray for you and your acquaintance.

The Christian is heading for Egypt this Sunday for I think two weeks, so knock yourselves out praying. I don't believe in it, but......

The Christians arrived in Cairo as did all their baggage (theft us a big problem in Cairo). I assume they are all now off and saving.

She made it back with the group and had a Christlike time I suppose. At least no one got blown up.
