Although they are sinners how will you treat them? Some of us will have to learn deal with these kind of situations because many of us happen to work with them or are related to some of them. What or how do you act towards them, hateful or loving? After all, we do represent the kingdom of God.

Nothing wrong with gays. They are better people than street ranters.

Speak the truth in love. Homosexuality is sin. Christ can set you free.

Who said I was gay? There you go making assumptions again. Did God tell you to say this to me?

I do not see where he accused you of Homosexuality just that Christ can set you free. Free from sin, any sin, homosexuality or any other sin. You just assumed he was talking about homosexuality so who is making assumptions? Who is speaking to you encouraging you to make posts that speak against Christians and our faith.
You speak against street preachers and what they post but you yourself post in a way that is similar just on the other side of the battle. So in a way you have become the very thing you are speaking against .

I have a brother who is gay, we have spoken many times... and while Homosexuality is a sin... Sometimes it is better to bring common ground... Lieing, stealing, blasphemy, lust, etc... There are many branches to bring to light... It will fair better for them if they do not look at it as an us against them (ie Christians vs. Homosexuals)... Once they understand they are in trouble in spite of the sexual preferance, they have no choice but to stop and think.... then will have to look at homosexuallity as well as the rest.... Their sexual choice becomes a stumbling block for many... (I am in no way saying to not say anything regarding homosexuallity; however, the walls fly up fast, when it is brought up first, and the focus becomes that entirely, without even looking at the rest....) [my 2cents..]

I understand the point of view of this advice.
Socially and relationally speaking, it is sound advice. My sister has been witnessing to a friend of hers who is a homosexual and because of their friendship and her kindness towards him when the world has hurt him intentionally (because even though homosex is sin, it is still sin to beat up a homosexual or intentionally abash them). She has been able to speak to him in regards to the sinfulness of homosexuality
Biblically speaking, just like any "other sin" homosexuality is confronted just as upfront as the rest.
Sometimes, if we remain too vague in regards to sin, no matter how much we may detail the rest, the sinner walks away still hiding in some kind of shadow of self justification.
Sexual sin is a touchy subject - homosex particulary because of the social stimulus attached to it. But all sexual immorality, depravity and deviancy is like a raw wound - when you touch it people yelp. When you rip the scab from a desensitized conscience in regards to sexual immorality, it's not uncommon to witness seething hate and violence flow forth.

It is indee dpossible for someone lesbian to see the light for I did and to be healed of this grave error. No one is born that way. It is a lie from hell. To win the gays over, ler the Lord speak to you. Overcome your personal revulsion at their sin or their behavior and see them as lost sinners, while hating what they do. The sinners look and wait for you to condemn them, call them names and run them down as this gives them reason NOT to be saved. Let the Lord speak through you.

I have a cousin and a daughter in this lifestyle. It is horrible and confusing to the family. Of course we have to be sensitive to be loving as we tell them the truth. But, they are not victims here, they are willingly doing that which is unnatural. It is a lie from hell. We need to boldy and gently get to these issues and deal with them biblically. They will probably reject you as they have the Savior. But, don't let that sway you to hold back or water down the message. All I can do now is pray for more witnesses and they would submit to God's authority. Amen.
