This will be a great night for America tonight as I am confident Joe Biden will eat Sara Palin alive in the debate, showing her to be the dead-headed, vindictive, self-serving, lying, moronic, fanatical, hypocritical idiot she is, that I knew she was and any thinking person could see she is from the first green light. This is the beginning of the end for the McCain/Palun ticket and the start of hope for a new era for the USA, following eight years of dictatorship under George Bush and his right wing corporate base. After tionight no one except the most delusional and dare I say that might include some of the equally fanatical people on this baord will still support her, but that will not be enough.
The past two weeks or so, McCain has been going down in flames for the second time in his life, you know, like when he crashed and got taken prisoner of war as he is eternally exploiting for his own benefit and reminding us of every time he opens his mouth. Only this time, he will be taking his halfwit Christian running mate with him as he goes down.
Sorry Christians, but your team is striking out and tonight Palin will put the final nail in the coffin. Wait and see.
Tonight will be a great night for America.

if i was American I would not vote for any of the two tickets, as none appeal to me as a Christian.
Enjoy your night, for tomorrow won't be brilliant (whatever the result of your presidential election will be...)

Not an election yet, a debate between Vice Presidential candidates and Palin is going to get demolished once and for all. I am sure of it. McCain just threw in the towel pretty much and has given up on Michigan, a swing state, as Obama has too far a lead.

If rote memorization of generic answers drummed into your head and partially covering the fact you are an idiot by deceiving the most gullible into thinking you are not, than Palin came off okay duiring this debate. AS for me, I hate Palin now more than ever.
LIkewise, those little cutesy phrases and this bubbly, folksy, chirpy facade could not have been more blatant. There was lots pf frosting, but no cake in her presentation.
I would sooner listen to a day of Jesse's worst street preaching as opposed to one more minute of Sarah Palin.

What are you talking about? She survived rather nicely judging from that talk around town here (Washington DC). No more VP debates scheduled. They just get one. Two more presidential debates though, Oct. 7th and 15th.
You should give up on the political messiah bit for lent anyway.

Were you listening tot he same debate as I was? Handled herself rather nciely? How. Her performance was just one astep above her XCharlie Gibson itnerview.
Hey, this is your sister in Christ. She is no part of my family!!!!!!!!! I don't have to own up to being related to her!
Oh and for ther ecord it is nott hat I love Obama that much, buit that I HATE Bush , Cheney, Palin and McCain that much!
I coudl have lived with a ticket pitting Ron Paul vs Dennis Kuchinich and taken either side as a winner....It may suirprise yous ince Ron Paul is one of the Christians, but....for a Christian, he has some good points.

I hate Bush, and McCain and Palin more than you as I have more to lose. If McCain and Palin get in they will start more wars and guess who gets drafted, not them and not you, but people like me. No thank you.

If one wants to talk about a real maverick in the Republican party it is Ron Paul , not that corporate suckup McCain. For a Christian, Ron Paul had his high points.

What does this matter? The more immoral a "people" are, the more government is going to have to step in. As we slide towards decadence, gov will eventually regulate everything except perhaps that which encourages immorality. Which, of course, plays into the hands of anybody supporting big government. Obama and McCain both think government is the answer. Their campaign slogans should be, "Solving the Problems we Create", except that government never solves its own problems, it just grows.

I don't agree with Ron Paul on everything but I agree with him on more than anything than Obama or Mccain. If he had even a shot at winning I would vote for him. It is time they made Libertarian an actual party instead of pushing it out unfairly.
