Would anyone care to hazard a guess as to how long it would take someone, if possible, to count out $1 Trillion, if one could count at one dollar per second?
That is: one dollar per second....How long would it take to reach $1 Trillion? @24 Hours per day every day until the number is reached.
Here's a start: 60 seconds per minute times 60 minutes per hour equals 3600 times 24 hours equals 86,400 per day!
Good luck!
Peace, dmatic

31709 Years 9 Months 19 Days 1 Hour 46 Minutes 40 Seconds
This is assuming 30 day months (Would be more accurate to use 30.1667 day months) and also doesn't take in count for leap years.
Fortunately, the American government has money counting machines and also doesn't usually flood the economy with 1 trillion dollars that are just single dollar bills. Oh wait, did I just spoil what you were trying to point out here?
Oh BTW, if we DID factor in leap year and such it'd be much more accurate a number to say it'd take:
31688 Years 269 Days 17 Hours 37 Minutes 04 Seconds

Very Good! No, you didn't spoil anything I reached the 31,688 years, in my calculations on paper, however. Amazing, isn't it, to put into perspective like that. I just think it helps to try to comprehend what kind of craziness is going on in the "capital". To think that we are in debt as much as 30 Trillion, according to some calculations! Crazy! God, I think, is bringing down the oppressive, Babylonian, financial system! The next few years have the potential to be those talked about by Jesus....such great tribulation that has never been on the face of the earth, nor shall ever be again.... Of course, I hope that we, as a people, have already been through that period, but it is highly possible that we are soon to enter it! The best thing to do to prepare may be to get our hearts right! peace, dmatic

I could not agree with you more brother d. Your last statement is dead on true. We must all draw closer to God if we are going to be left standing over the next few years. How do we make the world see what we see so clearly? Shane

Shane, you asked: It's probably not up to us to make others see. Only God can remove blindness or blinders! Most people think they see fine! Scripture tells us to remove the logs out of our own eyes first, so that we can then see clearly to help another with his "specks"....so that he, too, can see more clearly. I know that there are still many "dark" areas in my own heart! Sadly! I have much work yet to do to remove those big logs from my own stickpile, so that I CAN help others see. I believe that God is in the process of doing just that shortly, because His stated desire is for all of us to come to repentance and knowledge of the truth! Peace friend! dmatic
