Thanks to God for opening up this campus through a law suit which involved 3 other campus preachers. This would be the first preach anyone has done since the last group of preachers were unlawfully kicked off about 2 years ago. I tried to preach last week but after 10 minutes we were informed of the 3 day advanced notice, and 2 day ( Tues and Thurs) a week policy.
Bro Patrick O’Connell and I arrived on Campus just after 11:30 and after checking in with the security office he began preaching right around noon. The temperature was in the low 40’s with a slight wind chill. There were not many students in the area and the designated preaching area is not in the center of the campus, but on the outskirts. Some students began to gather and during the next class break there were 20+ or so students listening.
At 12:50pm I began preaching and I preached a clear sin smashing message of repentance (Mark 1:15, 6:12, Luke 24:47) and pending judgment for sinners. Immediately a rough looking individual with baggy jeans and long dread locks began contradicting and blaspheming in whom they appeared to be upset about the sins I mentioned. Whether they were male or female I could not tell but later concluded that she probably was born a female, and was later given up to unnatural affections. The crowd began to slowly grow and many hecklers and professing Christians were on hand to threaten me and inform us that we were turning everybody off.
Several female homosexuals were present and they devilishly “made out” one with another. A professing “Christian even kissed one on the lips. She was rebuked most sharply (Titus 1:13). The crowd grew between 50 and 60 during one class break, and I blasted them loud and hard with the word, but fluctuated near 30-40 for the majority of the day.
I handed the crowd over to Pat at 1:20 and talked to a few students that followed me to the sidelines. Many made complained of being offended at the way I used my sword so aggressively and rebuked all authority. We began walking to the vehicle a few minutes after 3pm with a young man who stated he was a Christian and wanted to understand our sin condemning message of repentance rather than God loves you. I used this opportunity to show him also the way of the Lord more perfectly.

We arrived on campus in the cold once again and I began preaching at noon. A small crowd gathered quickly and progressively grew for the next hour over 50. Most of the students were here Tuesday, and many of them were hecklers. I also noticed that the majority of the students did not listen very well, and were somewhat immature and very silly acting the entire time. I don’t know if it’s because the campus is not use to this type of preaching or because most of the students are freshman and this is a junior college.
It was a typical preaching day at this ripe campus, I preached the word over and through many hecklers and homosexuals, and rebuked many that contradicted and sinned openly. I handed the crowd over to Bro. Patrick O’Connell after 1pm, and he preached and answered question for about 1 ½ hours
While he preached I had a good discussion with a Calvinist student who stated he does not need to turn from all his sin. The more I meet individuals who believe this doctrine the more I understand how ****able it is. As he asked question he was silenced every time as I answered them with scripture.
The campus security was on hand the entire 3 hours, and they did a great job of keeping students out of the preaching zone, and not hindering our “offensive” speech. The crowd began to grow again towards the end of the afternoon, and I focused on addressing the remarks from the very few apparently sincere listeners. Overall I believe we had two good meetings this week, especially considering the very cold weather and the loads of inattentive, immature hecklers.
