I'm just curious. I know some recommend you always record incase of legal problems.

I almost always video record if possible. I also have a wireless recorder but have not used it much yet in case I have no one to video record.

I take the video camera out every now and then (it's difficult sometimes because we don't have enough hands).
I try and record (audio) all our OA preaching and one2one encounters (if people are happy being recorded).

I try to most of the time. I don't always however. I just use a little mp3 player that has a voice recorder on it. Currently have a Creative Labs MuVo TX FM 256 MB. It will store abour 17 hours of audio I think. Battery life is probably at least that long or longer on a single AAA battery.
