Gordon Olson was a brilliant theologian of the past century who left us with some great theologial writings. Gordon was an engineer by trade, but would work and safe in order to take months and even years off of work to dedicate soley to theological study. In those times, he would dedicate 8-12 hours a day to reading the bible in it's original languages, as well as studying the theological works of others. He used to lecture at Agape Force, YWAM, and Last Days, and was the theological mentor of Winkie Pratney, also a brilliant theologian who was an engineer by trade. He book " The Truth Shall Set You Free" is a classic. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading it. It is one of my favorite theological books right next to John Fletchers "Checks to Antinomianism" and Charles Finneys "Lectures on Theology". You can find " The Truth Shall Set You Free" at: www.alibris.com/booksearch?qwork=-96645970&matches=4&author=Olson%2C+Gordon+C&browse=1&cm_re=works*listing*titleAnd also: www.abebooks.com/servlet/SearchResults?an=gordon+c+olson&sts=t&tn=truth+make+free&x=0&y=0

Olson also has some fantastic booklets called:
1. The Moral Government of God
2. Sin and Holiness
3. The Entrance of Sin into the World
4. The Kindness Of God Our Savior
These booklets thoroughly explain biblical theology. Olson teaches very sound doctrines of sin, atonement, repentance, faith, reconciliation, holiness, conditional security, the heart of God, etc.

This is just a "heads up" for anyone looking for additional writings by Gordon Olson. The Gordon Olson Jesse is recommending is "Gordon C. Olson", NOT "C. Gordon Olson". Got that? "C. Gordon Olson" is an entirely different author. I noticed that some of his books came up as well in the Abe Books link that Jesse posted, and I didn't want anyone to get confused.

Yes it is "Gordon C. Olson" and not "C. Gordon Olson" who is still alive. I've had to explain to a few people before that these are not the same author.
Also, I have the PDF files of "The Truth Shall Set You Free" and also Olson's booklet series if anyone just wants the PDF instead of ordering the physical copies off the net.
