"Christians," always looking for a fight. I don't want a fight, though it'll take one to appease the likes of you (again, not Christ-like of you).
I am still interested in hearing what other "Christians" on this board have to say. I'm all ears ... except for one mouth ;D

Onward, Christian soldiers, marching as to war, with the cross of Jesus going on before. Christ, the royal Master, leads against the foe; forward into battle see his banners go! Refrain: Onward, Christian soldiers, marching as to war, with the cross of Jesus going on before.
2. At the sign of triumph Satan's host doth flee; on then, Christian soldiers, on to victory! Hell's foundations quiver at the shout of praise; brothers, lift your voices, loud your anthems raise. (Refrain)
3. Like a mighty army moves the church of God; brothers, we are treading where the saints have trod. We are not divided, all one body we, one in hope and doctrine, one in charity. (Refrain)
4. Crowns and thrones may perish, kingdoms rise and wane, but the church of Jesus constant will remain. Gates of hell can never gainst that church prevail; we have Christ's own promise, and that cannot fail. (Refrain)
5. Onward then, ye people, join our happy throng, blend with ours your voices in the triumph song. Glory, laud, and honor unto Christ the King, this through countless ages men and angels sing. (Refrain)

Take me down from the cross now (sung to the tune of Take me out to the ballgame)
Take me down from the cross now. Take me out to the tomb,. Don;t buy me peanuts or crackerjack Don;t worry bout me . In 3 days Ill be back For it's sin, sin, sin that I die for Don;t let your heart fill with gloom. For in one, two three days Illl be back from that smelly old tomb!
There now, wasn;t that awful. Trust me, patriot, I am sure mt singing sounded as bad to you as yours just did to us.
Cervey, you ever get the feeling it is the Christians who don;t see the light and not us?
Why do any of uis bother? They could save my soul and maybe yours if they would just stip the doubletalk and give some good sound reasons as to why any of us should be like them.
The problem is, there are no reasons.

I try because I feel I need to. But I'm coming to regret trying talk to a brick wall ... not very rewarding. *sigh*

Tell him you'll become a christian if he promises not to sing any more.

Who will provide the grand design? What is yours and what is mine? There is no more new frontier We have got to make it here We satisfy our endless needs And justify our bloody deeds In the name of destiny And in the name of god
And you can see them there on Sunday morning They stand up and sing about what it's like up there They call it paradise; I don't know why You'd call some place paradise Kiss it goodbye
