A student from the UNC Newspaper wrote a story on the new policy in the Pit at UNC. We were in the story: READ IT HERE

What is the PIT exactly? An open area desginated for free speech?
What has changed since the new policy...?
Is it because you go under Pin Point and Open Air? That makes for 3 groups and not 2 or are you not allowed at all between the hrs of 10:00 and 2:00 because you are not a student group?
If this is your local campus you could always register to take a class and start your own student group... This is what I am considering currently.

The "Pit" at UNC is a sunken in brick area where there is TONS of students traffic. If you can't get a crowd here, then you probably need to quit preaching ;D. Just kidding! It is where all the students hang out in between classes and even during classes. There is plenty of shade, the Student Union is nearby, as is the Library. There are plenty of places nearby for the students to sit as well. Here is a video where you can kinda of see the Pit a little: The put is basically divided into three natural sections by two trees. Before this semester, they would allow three student groups to reserve the pit at a time. So, if there were less than three student groups in the pit at once, we could use the part that wasn't being used. There was rarely ever three student groups in the pit at once. Now, they only allow two student groups to use the pit at once. The pit is so big, that this rule is rather ridiculous. When two groups were there yesterday, one huge section of the pit was open. Anyway, there are other good spots to preach at UNC. From now on, when we go there, if there are two student groups in the pit, we will start preaching somewhere else...

Okay...
I've seen that place in several of your videos... What a great spot for people to be able to sit down. I pray that it continues to remain open to campus preaching...
P.S. I have a tendency to forget the names of the disciples... Mainly the second Judas and Barthalomeu.. Good job!

It's bewildering the cockamamie rules, guidelines and regulations schools and other administrative officials will concoct because someone doesn't like what's being said.
No one THINKS anymore about the implications of their decisions and actions - even their attitudes!
at the risk of sounding harsh and jugmental, I say the American (and westernized) culture is so spineless and namby-pamby that anything and everything that's offensive that hasn't come FROM the mainstream is whined against.
American ethnocentrism is one of the most sorriest excuses for patriotism ever.
When it comes to college campuses and universities with professors indoctrinating students with moral relativism - the professors don't realize they are helping to dismantle this country and undermine everything pure, truthful and just.
