We preached at a big porno convention yesterday and Doug had an interview with the Miami Herald. Elizabeth also had an interview with Channel 51 (a large Spanish televsion station here), and the radio station 99 Jams (all black radio station) filmed and interviewed us. Exxxotica draws 15,000, and six ardent protesters
It was theology versus pornography Sunday when protesters demonstrated at an adult-entertainment convention in Miami Beach.

As people spilled out of the adult-entertainment expo Sunday night, Douglas Berry greeted them with a Bible verse or a more direct message.
''There is no party in hell, guys,'' Berry said. ``All pornographers, fire awaits you.''
Berry, 49, and five other protesters stood outside the Miami Beach Convention Center on the last day of Exxxotica, a three-day show and sale of all things sex-related.
The protesters wore sandwich boards printed with ''God hates sin'' and ''Repent or perish,'' and they waved signs as event attendees walked past.
NO BIG DEAL
Inside, Exxxotica organizer Ben La Joie said the protest did not stop people from paying the $25 admission fee and enjoying the show.
''Everyone sort of laughed with it,'' said La Joie, 27. ``We're not making a big deal about it.''
Hector Bernardino, 36, who was at the convention center for International Beauty & Barber Show (not the porn convention, he noted), had a brief clash with Berry on the way to his car.
Berry told Bernardino he'd go to hell if he succumbed to porn. Bernardino said something to the effect of, if he did go to hell, at least he'd go happy. Then he smiled and kept walking.
''Look, just as he's got his right to do his thing out here, everybody else has a right to do what they want to do in there,'' Bernardino said afterward. ``As long as the protest doesn't get violent, they can say all they want.''
The demonstration did not turn violent, but at one point in the afternoon, police officers asked the protesters to leave for a few hours and come back as the expo was closing. They did.
About 15,000 people bought tickets to the Exxxotica expo, which La Joie described as a ``celebration of sexy.''
Fans lined up to take photographs with adult-film stars. They browsed through collections of DVDs and sex toys being sold at booths.
Others watched actors on a stage re-create scenes from a 1970s sex movie.
Some guys persuaded their girlfriends to brave a 35-second ride on a mechanical bull.
''I think the only people who haven't had a good time are the ones outside,'' La Joie said of the protesters.
PROTESTING SIN
Berry, whose group demonstrated against the PrideFest parade in Key West on Saturday, said his goal at Exxxotica was to protest sin.
The six protesters represent three Miami churches of different denominations, he said.
''Pornography destroys lives, and I'm trying to spread that message here,'' Berry said. ``A lot of these people think this is a big joke, but we're very serious.''

and only 6 protested.

The road to life is small and cramped and few are the ones finding it(meaning Gods way is the only way, the way of truth, the way of holiness> Yes that may feel very cramped but at the end of that road it becomes spacious leading to eternal life with God ! Broad and spacious is the road to destruction and many are on that road! (meaning anything goes; this road ends up being cramped ending in death and hell) Take your pick? Is sexual perversion really worth going to hell for? That is surely total madness. I was in New York a couple years back and on a building at the top it Had "God Bless America" in Large Writing as a Poster. The store it was on was a porno store?  We are in the days the bible speaks of when people will say wrong is right and right is wrong. God Bless you for making a protest! |

Porn is from the devil. Those that are doing it, and using it, are children of the devil and are wicked, full of deciet and envy.
This verse comes to mind:
For the message of the cross is FOOLISHNESS to those that are perishing, but to those who are being saved it is the power of God. 1Cor 1:18
People think that what we share out of love is crazy. I sincerely feel for these people. I thought Jn 3:3 christians (the only kind of course) were completely wackoid, at one time.
Father, I pray that you give all of us who are SHARING your Gospel in love, your Truth, to continue to boldly proclaim it and also Lord I pray that we can live above repeoach so as to be witnesses for your Glory. Thank you for equiping us with your WORD and you Spirit. In Jesus name I pray, Amen!
The people that seem to be the most resistant to the Gooooood News usually are the ones who are most in love with their lawlessness and sin.
Keep preaching Brothers. Keep fighting the good fight. Those that don't believe are awaiting a wrath that they will suffer from for eternity.

So if you see that in the word of God "H" why are you not repenting? You know it you see it so what is your excuse? You see the Lord says the unbelievers are "blind". You can see it in one sense but you are blind. Because if you could truly see you would do something about it. If you believe then you will see. (TRUTH) Meaning you will obey God in your actions. Firstly by repenting. I think thats why bible thumper asked you the question.

menorah, you have no idea what i was talking about. the only truth about the bible is that it is a contradiction. god is a genocidal maniac in the old testament and a pacifist-like hippie in the new testament. so much for being the same yesterday, today and tomorrow.
