Revival Open Air Mission USA/Miami Bible Believers - Report for 11/11/06:
(Just a reminder; JK is bullhornbob, and his wife is Evangelista) Joining the team this week were Emmanuel, Doug, Tony (who we met at Fantasy Fest), JK and myself (Evangelista). We headed to South Beach and arrived at approximately 4:00 PM. We had arranged to meet Tony on the beach, and contacted him as soon as we arrived. This is very encouraging for us, as we regularly pray for more laborers. Tony’s attendance was an answer to our prayers, as he was greatly affected by our preaching down at the Key West sodomite parade. We set up our banners at our regular destination and Doug began to preach. He preached a basic gospel message from his heart, as usual. He admonished the crowd to put their complete faith in Jesus Christ and live a life that is holy before Him. Doug always pours himself out as he preaches. We then moved down on Ocean Drive across from Wet Willie’s, and Tony asked if he could say something to the crowd. He then began to scream and say that that is how hell is going to be. There will be people screaming and wailing in hell. He seemed relieved afterwards, as if he had to just get that out of his system. Emmanuel then preached on the severity of sin, judgment, the sin of gangster rap and the effects of it, and repentance. He had some hecklers across the street on their motorcycles. They heckled Emmanuel mostly throughout his preach, until they were told to leave by an officer as they were trying to drown out the preaching by revving their engines. We then headed to Versace where I began to preach. I had some attentive listeners. I began to exhort the crowd to repent and put faith in Jesus Christ and live a life that is pleasing in His sight. I preached on obedience to God and His Word. The judgment of God and hellfire were also described to those who listened. I had a few people who made comments as they went by, and I quickly refuted their comments. JK then preached a message, or should I say a warning, for South Beach to WAKE UP! He had a good size crowd off and on that listened across the street. He refuted all of their arguments, as some would make certain comments and he exhorted them to repent of sin. Emmanuel later asked me whether JK and I have been fasting more, as he noticed that the messages have been more anointed over the past few weeks. We all seem to agree that the level of the anointing during the preaching seems to be increasing week to week. As we moved to leave the beach, there was a young man who must have heard us preach earlier and began to mock us. After we stopped and answered him, JK explained holy, biblical living and repentance and faith toward Jesus Christ to him. The young man, who was Jewish, began to listen attentively. He seemed very receptive. His friend showed up, listened to JK, but didn’t seem as attentive as his friend. We were then approached by an old lady who began to mock at us and then took off as she was being challenged by the Bible.
As we continued speaking with the young men, we were approached by a young, black couple who listened to JK’s exhortation to the young men and agreed with everything JK was explaining to them, as they claimed to be Christians. The lady had an alcoholic beverage in her hand and after JK made a comment regarding the drink in her hand, she put down her beverage and mentioned that she knew she was wrong in drinking, and also confessed of fornicating with her boyfriend. JK exhorted them to repent of all sin, and begin to consider the repercussions of their actions; both the good and the bad. They asked what church we attended as they were looking to start afresh with the Lord. They mentioned that they had recently relocated here, and wanted to fellowship. We gave them our contact information, and departed to our car. As we left the beach at approximately 6:30 PM, we were planning on heading to Bayside to preach the annual BANG Festival. However, we decided not to attend due to an unforeseen circumstance. We said our goodbyes to Tony, and thanked him for driving all the way up from Key West to preach with us.

ROAM-USA / Miami Bible Believers Report – 10/31/06
Joining the outreach were JK, myself (Evangelista), Emmanuel, Micah and Elizabeth. We headed towards Coconut Grove and set up by the main intersection near Coco Walk. Coconut Grove was filled with people everywhere in their costumes. One thing I do have to mention is that the costumes this year were much more offensive than last year.
Before preaching, JK began witnessing to people in line at a restroom, and one lady stated how she was a Christian, but brought her children there so they would have fun. We asked her how bringing the kids there would be considered as fun, seeing all the perversity and wicked costumes all around. She said that the next day, the kids would know where they stood with God and the Bible, and that going to the Grove wouldn’t necessarily affect them or their relationship with God. We warned her the contrary.
JK began preaching to the revelers, and because there were so many people around, it wasn’t that hard to gather a crowd. Most of the revelers only made vulgar and sexual comments toward the preacher. At one point, JK simply mentioned Jesus Christ and a gentleman in the crowd began to shout vulgar and blasphemous comments toward that Wonderful Name. When JK finished preaching, and Emmanuel took over, the crowd seemed to disperse, but easily replenished because of the hundreds passing by us.
Emmanuel then began preaching, and had a woman heckler who defended the sin of homosexuality. She was very loud as she continued to heckle Emmanuel throughout his entire preaching. Emmanuel defended the bible and its stance against sin. Emmanuel had another woman heckler, who was dressed very provocative. She defended her sin and said she went to Catholic school and knew Jesus, etc. Emmanuel, of course, refuted that argument that she knew the Lord.
A police officer approached us and said that we couldn’t preach there, and told us we had to move. JK quickly responded to him, and calmly stated that we were not going to move, and that the US Constitution guaranteed our freedom of speech. JK then asked him for the officer in charge. Micah quickly went over and informed the Sgt. of our intentions, and came back to tell us his requests for us to move on if a large crowd formed. The sergeant came by and didn’t seem to have a problem with what we were doing, so we continued preaching.
I then preached on repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. I also had a good size crowd that listened to the message that was brought forth. A security guard came by and said that we had to move. Again, JK said that we didn’t have to move. He threatened to call the police, and stormed away. We then moved over a few feet to avoid any controversy, and to avoid blocking an adjacent driveway. He returned furious, and demanded that we move away from the area. JK informed him that we did move, and we would not leave. He obviously did not like our message, and became very angry and walked away cursing. I continued preaching the Holy Bible to the crowds, warning them of hells fire and judgment to come.
We decided to leave, because by now, the crowd was getting large, and the drunkenness was setting in. This only makes it extra dangerous, so we usually cut out early for this event. On the way, JK had the bullhorn, and rebuked the drunken crowds. Unfortunately, he got doused with beer. Micah was ahead of us wearing his sandwich board and came across a woman who said she was a Christian, and has been saved since she was a little girl. Micah responded that she couldn’t be saved wearing the outfit she had on. It was very revealing and offensive (as were 99% of the costumes that night). She began cursing at us. By this time, JK was near Micah and made a comment to the girl who cursed at us. An older gentleman who seemed to be related to the lady also began cursing at us and seemed as if he wanted to fight JK. Suddenly, a camera man appeared and began filming the entire incident. JK preached repentance into the camera, as we found the entrance to the garage. As we warned a small group of young couples about fornication, they refused to ride the elevator with us. I had to say to myself “Where is the love, folks?”
As we rode off do have a late meal, JK was required to ride in the back of Micah’s pickup. He reeked of beer, but did not seem to mind the open air opportunities along the way!

ROAM-USA / Miami Bible Believers Report – Oct. 27, 28, 29 2006 Fantasy Fest and South Beach Weekend
Our outreach this weekend marked the second annual Fantasy Fest preach for Miami Bible Believers/ROAM USA. As the wife and I prayed prior to the event, I knew in my spirit that this year would be much different; much larger crowds, more decadent and vulgar than last year. Unfortunately, this would prove to be true.
Joining us again this year was Brother Ruben Israel from Los Angeles. He is a proven leader and true street preacher in every sense of the word. We were privileged to have him lead us again this year. The rest of the team consisted of Evangelista and I (JK), Doug, Emmanuel, and Bro. Larry from Tampa. Micah and Elizabeth arrived on Saturday along with Bro. Jude from Sarasota.
Friday Night: After assembling the team in Miami, we drove straight to our lodgings in Key Largo, dropped off a few bags, and began the long ride down to Key West. Lots of great conversation and planning took place. We arrived and found a spot one block from Duval Street. This is no small miracle, as thousands of people flock to this event every year. We unloaded the van and headed out to the street fair. Uninvited and unwelcome, we hoisted our banners and made our way down Duval Street as the revelers gawked and wondered ‘who in the world are these people.’ As each of us took turns preaching, the hecklers and mockers would jeer and scream the voice of opposition. We had much favor with Key West police this year again, as they would move away the more vocal and violent hecklers. I counted at least a half dozen that went away in cuffs.
We were joined by three other men who saw us as somewhat of an oasis, as the police had shut them down earlier. They saw our boldness and took heart, as Bro. Ruben encouraged them to take a turn at preaching, and not let up. I consider this fruit, as these men were very discouraged and were about to either give up or risk getting arrested for preaching the gospel. Their faces lit up with encouragement as Ruben rebuked the crowds and preached repentance to the revelers. I believe these men were greatly affected. This went on well after midnight, and after a late meal, we made the drive back to Key Largo, arriving at about 4:00 AM.
Saturday: After some well deserved rest, we all met downstairs (I failed to mention that Bro. Jose was very gracious to lend us his home in Key Largo again this year. May God return to him 100 fold what he has sown into this ministry) for Bible Study and planning for the day. We ventured out at about 3:00 PM and arrived in Key West just after 5:00 PM. As noted before, parking is scarce. We circled about looking for a spot when Bro. Doug suggested we stop at a Jewish Synagogue and ask them to let us park there. His boldness paid off and we parked and made the five or six block journey back to Duval Street.
This is what Key West calls a parade. I call it another excuse for people to go out and get drunk, act stupid, fornicate, adulterate, and revel in unbridled lust and perversion. The first people we saw were painted head to toe in black, wore high platform shoes, and some kind of gothic garb. I think they were trying to look like demons, but who knows. Obviously, they were not happy to see us. We immediately began to walk straight down the middle of Duval Street, banners lifted high and two truth horns loudly proclaiming the call to repentance. You must understand that this place is full of people who love sin. They also love to walk around half-naked. Everything is geared towards sensuality and unbridled lust. We even saw small children in their strollers, oblivious to the debauchery taking place around them.
We found our place along the parade route and as it began I remembered that this year would probably prove to be a much longer parade than last year. I was right as the parade lasted well over an hour. We filed in at the end of the parade as we did last year, but because of the ear splitting Caribbean/Reggae music, we had to hover back a few blocks in order for our horns to be effective. We made our way around the bend and started the trek down Duval Street. I failed to mention that as we approached the parade route initially, a local spotted us and was very intrigued with us and our banners. Bro. Tony, as it turns out, is a Christian. A very convicted Christian at this point. He stayed with us the whole night carrying a banner and exposing his Christianity to all of Key West. I believe it took a lot of boldness on his part to stay with us through the whole route. We also met a young man from South America who was literally our shield and buffer through the mob at the end of the evening. This gentleman fought off not a few hecklers and drunkards. At one point, he was almost in a fist fight just to keep the revelers at bay.
I can remember looking young people directly in the eyes and warning them to repent of their wickedness. Many of them looked away shamefully, knowing that what I was saying was right. There were even a few drunken seminary students as well. They would stop and argue with us that drunkenness would not get them thrown into hell, Christians should not judge, God loves everybody, God forgives all sin, Jesus died for my sin, etc., etc. The sad part is that, as we would begin to refute their lies, they would just mock and yell, and laugh us to scorn.
All were warned; all were led to the Lord. What they did after that was completely their choice. We made our way through the crowds and back to the van safely, not a scratch on anyone, all body parts intact, and everyone accounted for. Again, after a late meal, we made the drive back to Key Largo. I want to mention that Larry and Ruben were instrumental in getting us safely back those two nights. Thanks for the pretzels Larry (inside joke).
Sunday: Our intentions were to preach South Beach today. So after some delicious Cuban cuisine, we made our way down to our favorite spot – Wet Willie’s. Ruben began to preach to a group of bikers that are always parked out front, and it was wonderful to see Sister Vera and Sister Veronica. These two rarely have a chance to come out and support us, as Vera is very busy raising four children, and Veronica, who is blind, is normally working at home. Some great one on one witnessing took place, and Emmanuel began to preach with his new horn. Larry then took his turn, and then Micah.
This turned out to be quite an adventure, as the police showed up and tried to shut us down. Micah continued to preach without the bullhorn, but to no avail, because this police officer seemed intent on arresting him. And arrest him he did. As they led him away in cuffs, Larry began to lift up his voice and explain the injustice taking place before them. I think they wanted to arrest him as well, but for some reason, they did not. As they took Micah away, Doug, Vera, Emmanuel, and Veronica headed home. Brother Larry was to meet his parents that evening at the beach, and they showed up as it began to get dark. So Elizabeth, Ruben, Evangelista, and I headed over to the local police station to get some information on Micah.
Around midnight, we got the bonding process started, dropped off Ruben at his hotel, and headed back home to try to get some rest. At 2:30 AM Elizabeth called me and said that Micah was ready to be released. We made our way downtown and Micah was released around 4:00 AM. I headed over to the van rental to wait for them to open up to return our rental, and Bro. Micah and Elizabeth headed home. I made it into work around 9:00 AM, and eventually called it a day to go home.
This one thing I can say; it was worth every minute and every dollar spent, as hundreds heard the warning to repent and turn to Jesus. We look forward to next year’s event, and who knows, maybe we will reserve a spot in the parade?

This is part 2 of the report by our great friend Bro. Ruben. A true warrior and voice for this decadent day and apathetic age!
Sunday after a Cuban lunch, we preached at South Beach.
Brother Doug and his wife were already there before we arrived in the van. We stopped I believed at “Wet Willies” and preached across the street. Brother Emmanuel wanted to baptize his new truth horn, and was it ever. He stood on his step and preached as the rest of us stood around answering questions. Next was Brother Larry from Tampa, as he preached for about 20 minutes, I was involved in a conversation with a young girl so the preaching might have been even longer. Then, Brother Micah stepped up and started to preach. I was with RevJK as he ministered to a local and did a great job with him, so I did not notice that the police had the banners removed, due to a pole violation. The horn was also shut down, but Micah kept preaching with voice only.
I saw the patrol car pull up and noticed that this officer had it in for Micah. He did not want to talk to me, but said he had received many complaints about that man (pointing to Micah) and said something needs to be done. I told Micah to continue and we will move in about ten minutes. As I stood talking with another officer, as I saw the upset officer walk away with plastic hand cuffs and walking directly toward Micah.
I pointed to Larry to get the camera on the arrest, as our brother was removed from the step and arrested. He did not resist. He did not fall to the ground and get dragged. He did not hang his head in shame (as a common criminal). With head high, wearing a Christian shirt, he was arrested. The crowd across the street cheered, but the crowd around us were shocked. One man pleaded with the police, saying “this man (pointing to Micah) broke no law” and he later gave me his card. He said that he was an ex-police officer and would testify on our behalf. Other people, yelled at the police too.
Brother Larry preached on the sidewalk as the police walked by. One officer told Doug that because these bars bring in money, that speaking against sin (homosexuals-fornication-drunkenness-music) will eventually get you arrested.
We were told where he would be taken in, and at this point, we were not given what law was broken. I tried to comfort Elizabeth as she stood in front of a squad car saying “why?”. One of the beach photographers told us that some in the police department loathed Micah and others appreciated him and it seemed many on the beach side of the street were in Micah’s camp. Walking back to the van (at least two blocks away) there was a young man that stopped us and was moved with the preaching and arrest. He wanted to fellowship with us, I guess he understood we were not Sunday Christians
We shut down to get Micah out of jail.
RevJk, Onica, Elizabeth and I decided to get more information at the South Beach station. We were told the charge (some noise ordinance) and Elizabeth was given all his property. A phone call was made to a bondsman to get things moving and we were told that he would be moved to the county jail and only there can the process of getting him out begin. Now the waiting game would begin. We had dinner and watched the video of the preaching and arrest. We spoke with Doug, Larry and the bail bondsman. We were told that he was given his jumpsuit and was now in county jail getting printed, so now the paperwork had started on the outside. We were told that he would be released in a few hours.
I was taken to a hotel because I was leaving in the morning and JK and Elizabeth went home and waited for the phone call. We bought an apple pie and stuck a file in it to celebrate Micah’s release.
Micah and Elizabeth had been making a big wake on the campus scene and we tossed a lot of sand in the devils sand box at Key West, so this was the result. I am honored to be associated with those that confront sin in the face and willing to go to jail for the Gospel’s sake.
I thank God for this young couple, which gave up their life and are as sheep going into the slaughter. A BIG amen for RevJK and Onica for doing much behind the scene stuff (renting the van-returning the van-driving the van-staying up late every night-waiting for Micah-sleeping in the van-going to work the next day-etc). Brother Doug for picking me up, always prepared to hand a Bible out, workable with others, ready to have me lie my head at his home if needed, and having his wife do some computer work for me late at night. Emmanuel, a young man that I finally met. A good salty preacher and a fellow Mex. This man has every excuse not to preach in public (very bad eye sight) yet, walked into large crowds preaching, AND wearing a sandwich sign. I wanted to hear his wife sing (she is blind) but maybe next time I visit during Super Bowl. Brother Larry from Tampa wanted to join Bible Believers and asked what was needed to join. I just slapped him on the back of the head and said “you’re in.” He said “thank you” and I told him I’ve been wanting to slap him since I saw him at the Super Bowl in Detroit. He (Larry) is one big boy and I wondered what street the Lord will have us walk with men that size? I enjoyed his fellowship in the morning and the long drive to Key West, for a young Christian he is a very good preacher and I think we will do much together. Lastly, Brother Jude. He drove from the west coast of Florida to join us and drove back home around 3AM on Sunday. Jude is a utility player, holds a sign, preach, reviews letters, contributes much and can work with almost anyone to do anything asked.
Christianity, it’s not just a Sunday thing.
From the WATCHTOWER Ruben Israel

Awesome to see you out there brother doing damage to the devils kingdom!! Our reasonable service, Bro. Jesse. All christians need to stand up and unashamedly proclaim the cross of Christ. This world would certainly be much more righteous and godly as a result, don't you think?

This report was compiled by our great friend Bro. Ruben Israel during his recent visit with us in Miami. Our annual hit on the sodomized city of Key West was the main focus of the weekend.
It is split in to 2 parts, and told as only Ruben can!
Preaching at Fantasy Fest in Key West. What a weekend, this report is just a small highlight of the impact made. I arrived in Miami Friday around 3PM and Brother Doug was there to pick me up. Dean from Flagstaff at the last minute backed off due to his wife’s surgery last week, so once Doug picked me up we were en route to meet the rest of the Miami Bible Believers. RevJK rented a nine passenger van as we rendezvoused at Doug’s house. It was good to see JK and Onica, Doug, Emmanuel and Larry from Tampa. Jose blessed us with a large house in Key Largo as we unloaded and drove out to Key West.
I had a Law firm from Pennsylvania shoot the big gun and email the City Attorney and Chief of Police and others a “no touchie, leave us be” letter before we hit the beach. We lifted up the banners, opened up the horns and started to walk in the middle of Duval Street preaching to all. We were soon met by Key West police that walked with us and stopped while we preached at intersections, moving revelers away for hours.
During our walk, I had three men that came to preach and were shut down by the police department. They were considering getting arrested or just leaving. THEN. They saw/heard us walking down the street using NO-bull horns with police around us and these men ran towards me. They could not believe what we were doing after their encounter with the police. The leader said he met me a few years back and wanted to fellowship and preach with us. Another young man from Houston said he saw me in Houston during the Super Bowl but did not want to stop us from preaching. These men preached with us for the whole night and preached a good salted message.
This event is a bit of Mardi Gras, a dash of Spring Break and a shake of a sodomite parade, baking all weekend, it is raw sin. That is why we are pulled out of the bullpen, to be as bold as the sin in Key West. Due to much sin, we were given much grace. It was long night, with many conversations and we did not get into Key Largo until around 4AM.
Saturday we awoke not from the daylight but from the bright light from Doug’s shorts (inside joke), we had a Bible Study and were ready for the day. Jude from the Tampa area came to join us. I enjoy this brother, his wit, his cool head as he has been faithful working with Larry in Tampa. Also Micah and Elizabeth joined us as we loaded up a full house and drove out to Key West again. The fellowship in the van is priceless. The road was wet and we saw dark clouds around Key West. I guess the Lord allowed water to fall rather than fire before our arrival, because once we set up on the street, the rain stopped.
Saturday night was the big parade and we walked the route in the middle of the street, until the streets were closed. We set up during the parade in two groups and preach to the immediate crowd and the entire parade. After the last float we followed behind and walked the route. When the crowd was too thick, we stood and preached with two horns blasting. The police arrived and told us to keep moving and that we did. Everyone that passed by was led to the Lord but what they did with that information was in their court.
Before the parade started, I talked with a man that said he was a Baptist and fellowshipped with a local Baptist Church. I asked him “If John the Baptist were to walk into Key West tonight, would he do what you’re doing or what we are doing?” He answered, us. This person watched us doing the parade and answered questions from the crowd, then asked if he could join us walking the route. His name is Tony and he carried a banner and preached with us for hours. I believe his Christian life has changed. He was not ashamed of the Gospel and Tony supported all that we did. I’m sure on Sunday, he gave a report and I think he will have stories that he will tell for years. He even drove out and tried to join us on South Beach after Church on Sunday. We will keep in touch with him and maybe he can work with the others out there.
Another guy from Ecuador came to Key West to see history. He saw us preaching and the angry mob around us and jumped in the fray. Did he preach? No. Did he hold a banner? No. Did he witness or answer questions? No. He put his body in between us and the street mob, he was a human buffer. This young man was pushed, yelled at, punched, had drinks poured on him and moved bodies away from us for hours. At the end of the route, I talked with him and then he was gone. I never saw where he went, but remember that he said, he saw evil and had to do something.
Driving back to Key Largo was quiet in the van, as everyone was tired. We planed on preaching in South Beach on Sunday and that we did.
………part two with the arrest of Brother Micah in Miami.

ROAM-USA / Miami Bible Believers Report – 10/21/06
Joining the team today were Emmanuel, JK and myself (Evangelista). We arrived at South Beach around 5:00 pm, took our spot on 7th Street, and Emmanuel began to preach on the coral wall. Emmanuel preached about the judgment to come and exhorted the people not to be involved in any sexual activity outside of marriage. He stated that we weren’t there to preach a message that was tickling to the ears, but the Holy Word of God. Emmanuel also explained what repentance was, that it wasn’t just to feel sorry but to go and sin no more. He exhorted them in many different ways. He also had some hecklers from out of town and seemed to be outspoken about their sin. A gentleman on his bike came over to Emmanuel and shook his hand. This is the third week Emmanuel received a handshake from someone. Emmanuel preached about 15 minutes.
Next, JK preached on the coral wall across the street from Wet Willie’s. JK, again, preached a great message and gathered a fairly large crowd of about 50-75 people. He also exhorted the people not to be involved in sexual sin and told them to turn away from all sin, as they will be judged by God and they will inherit hellfire if they do not turn. JK had some hecklers as well, asking him why gangster rappers are in sin. JK explained that the things they sing about, such sexual promiscuity, murder, and the love of money, does not glorify God. He had a heckler, a Christian, who was quoting scriptures, yet he was there with a bunch of other drunkards. Yet this gentleman was not warning his friends about hellfire. JK exhorted the gentleman and others to flee fornication or else hellfire awaited them. JK described hell as Jesus described it: everlasting fire and everlasting destruction. There were a bunch of girls in the crowd and one stated how she loves fornication. JK also had some other heckling girls that mentioned many perverse things towards JK, but again, he silenced them and they were not able to resist the Word of God that came forth. However, they seemed to enjoy the message as they kept laughing. They said they were having fun. JK told them to turn away from sin and repent or else they would end up in hell. JK also got another heckler, a homeless man that stated that he was a medicine man. He was very vulgar and seemed very angry. JK, when finished preaching, did a one2one with him later and the gentleman seemed receptive to what JK was telling him.
During this entire time JK and I were preaching, Emmanuel had a woman heckler who claimed to be a former Jehovah Witness.
I began to preach and told them of a disturbing story I read regarding a 16 year old girl that attended an Episcopalian private school in Atlanta who went on a suicide mission because another girl did not want to have sex with her. This girl took her car and struck another car on the highway, killing a mother of 2 and one of her children suffered from broken ribs and was in the hospital. The reason I mentioned this was to show what sin can do and to awake the crowd unto righteousness. I began to have a few hecklers, but was able to answer each one. One girl approached me with a guy friend stating that her guy friend was gay and happy. I told her that he’s not happy and even if he was happy now, he won’t be happy when he ends up in hellfire. The lady’s guy friend seemed very shy and didn’t want to say anything so I exhorted him to repent of his homosexuality and that Jesus didn’t want him to end up in hell but to repent and turn to Him. The girl asked me what happens to lesbians. I asked her if she was a lesbian. She did not answer me so I said that if she was, she would end up in hell unless she repented. I had a crowd of about 20 people.
Going back to the former Jehovah Witness lady, what she was trying to do was to convince us that hell doesn’t exist. Emmanuel and I tried to reason with her, but she didn’t want to hear us. She said she agreed with our message, however, JK preached and seemed as if he was angry. We tried to explain to her that when you address an audience, you want to make sure everyone hears you so you lift up your voice. She continued on with her twisted theology and we continued to exhort, but then left to preach somewhere else.
We then moved on to the Versace mansion and Emmanuel began to preach. There were many listeners there, and Emmanuel did a good job preaching there. There was one heckler who was a homosexual cursing at Emmanuel. We later caught up with him at a different spot and JK tried to reason with him and spoke very gently to him. At one point, it seemed that he was opening up and understanding what JK was trying to tell him, however, that didn’t last very long and he began to curse at us and eventually left.
We left South Beach at approximately 8:00 pm and went to a local restaurant. As we ate our meal, a man began to make gestures at me stating that I should be ashamed about my shirt. Now, Emmanuel and I wore shirts that said: Abortion is Murder and Homosex is Sin and JK wore a different shirt with the NO HOMOS logo. This man became very agitated. He said he was a Christian, but began to curse and say that he was going to beat JK up. The manager of the establishment came to us and apologized for this man’s behavior. We then paid for our meal, and as I exhorted the cashier and a couple of other girls, Emmanuel preached a mini sermon outside as people waited to be called into the restaurant.
All in a day’s preaching for us, AMEN!

My wife Evangelista compiled this report from Saturday's outreach on South Beach. bb
ROAM USA – Miami Bible Believers Report for 10/14/06
Joining the outreach today were JK, Emmanuel and me, Evangelista. We arrived on South Beach at approximately 4:30 pm, parked our car and walked down to Ocean Drive.
As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with our usual, warm welcome. Emmanuel wore a sandwich board sign that stated “Attention Gangster Rappers and Thuggers, Hell Awaits You!” A group of “aspiring young rap artists” just happened to be near our usual spot. They vehemently disagreed with our sign and began trying to defend their sinful lives. They even asked why we didn’t have a sign for rapists, etc. We told them that hell awaits those people as well. We then moved to the coral wall and Emmanuel began to preach. There didn’t seem to be much of a crowd that day, however, people within ear shot began complaining, saying that Emmanuel had no right to say some of the things he preached about. One gentleman was very drunk and couldn’t stop making vulgar comments to both me and my husband, and was very unruly and angry.
I then began to preach and had a heckler ask me when Jesus was born. I answered him, and he didn’t like my answer. I then also took him to the Book of John where it states that “in the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God”. He also asked about the bible and its validity and I answered him as well, and told him that “men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.” He didn’t like that answer either. He then asked about having sex with girls while being married himself and I told him it was adultery, and explained to him the difference between that and fornication. I also warned him to repent. Another drunken heckler approached me as well and soon walked away and started heckling a few feet from me. I preached on hellfire and that one needs to be born again in order to inherit eternal life. I preached a basic gospel message that everyone could understand. The thuggers also came around defending their sin, and as I preached on 1 Corinthians 6:9, one of the thuggers claimed that he was a drunkard. I addressed the audience and explained how he admitted to being a drunkard, and then used him as an example. There were approximately 15-20 people who heard the message that was preached.
We then moved away from the wall and decided to preach across from Wet Willie’s, one of JK’s favorite spots. He preached there and did an excellent job. JK said that there were as many as 75-100 people there at one point. However, it seems like there were more than that. There were people who came and sat on the ground listening to what was being preached, while others stood listening intently. Emmanuel later said that it was the largest crowd that’s been gathered without an event actually happening on South Beach, and I think he might be right. JK preached everything from religion to politics to the crowd, as some of the people asked questions. JK was able to refute all of their arguments and excuses. Because his voice was getting a bit weak, he decided to give the crowd over to Emmanuel. One gentleman did shake Emmanuel’s hand and I assume he agreed with the message that was preached. Another gentleman approached JK and I and said that if it were a stripper or other popular event, everybody would be happy, but because the gospel is being preached, everyone has a problem with it. He seemed very perturbed about that and the way our society is opposing God. We agreed with what he said. Emmanuel was able to hold the attention of the crowd for some time, but it soon dwindled to just a few people.
I had a brief one2one conversation with a young, black man who seemed to be distributing CDs of some sort, and I asked him if he was born again. He said that he was, but then later denied the fact that he was saved with his words. I began to explain the way of salvation to him but he was not interested, and said that God lives in his heart, etc. I continued to reason with him, but he didn’t want to hear what I had to say, and he eventually left.
We wanted to preach by the Versace mansion, however, it began to rain and we found shelter and noticed a lady who was sitting and attentively listening when JK preached. She was a Christian lady and tried to give us some pointers on how to witness. We shared with her the biblical reasons for preaching the way we do and JK stated that this was the most effective way to preach. She had recently been exposed to Ray Comfort and Kirk Cameron, and said she understood the need to show the sinner as sinful before preaching love and forgiveness. JK admonished her to begin witnessing more, and explained the difference between public preaching and one2one witnessing.
While we found shelter, we also had a one2one conversation with a man we saw earlier on when JK was preaching. He said that he was a Christian but didn’t believe in hell. He said that everyone was going to heaven, even Adolf Hitler. I showed him in the Book of Mark, Chapter 6, that Jesus spoke about hellfire. The gentleman didn’t agree with what I showed him and still denied that there is a hell. We told him that he couldn’t be a Christian if he didn’t believe in hell. JK explained to him that he was deceived, and that he needed to read his bible over again. This is a very disturbing trend in our society, and I believe it is a direct result of the feel-good, easy believe-ism, politically correct preaching that dominates the pulpits and airwaves today.
We also had another one2one conversation with a young gentleman from the Cayman Islands. He said his parents own a Christian bookstore, however, he considers himself to be an atheist. He said that the bible has many moral, practical lessons anyone could use. We explained to him about God and Jesus, and exhorted him in many different ways. I think this young man was very much impacted with the truth, as he looked very convicted.
We left the beach approximately 7:30 pm for a time of fellowship and review of the day’s events.

The following is a report from our outreach in Miami. I am actually Rev. JK (not to be confused with RevK), so bullhornbob is my name here on the boards so as to not confuse anyone.
This ministry is birthed out of a group of biblically obedient men and women who hunger to see God's will established here on the earth as it is in heaven. Our open air preaching has been consistent on South Beach and around Miami for almost 3 full years, and Micah, Doug, Manny and I are now beginning to see the full scope of what God wants in Miami, and in fact every major city from coast to coast:
Dedicated and fearless men and women of God, full of the Holy Spirit and power, preaching the gospel publicly to all, calling sinners to repentance from sin and faith towards our Lord Jesus Christ, and exhorting the same to live a sin free and biblically obedient life.[/b]
Revival Open Air Mission USA – Miami Report for 10/7/06
Joining the outreach were JK, Emmanuel and myself (Evangelista). We decided to go to Coconut Grove seeing that we had a late start. JK and I are in transition right now as we sold our home and bought an RV. We will eventually go full time, traveling and preaching the Word of God throughout the United States and abroad.
As we drove to Coconut Grove, we eventually found a parking spot at around 7:30 pm and then decided to head down to Coco Walk. There were not a lot of people out there that night. JK opened and did a great job preaching the gospel of repentance, forgiveness and living a holy, biblical life to those passing by. A black couple stayed throughout the entire preach and also an older lady with a younger child stayed as JK preached. As JK continued to preach on what Jesus Christ did on the cross and how forgiveness could only be found only through Him, the black couple and the older lady attentively listened to the graceful message that was shared. JK exhorted the people to think about eternity and not only on temporary things. He also admonished them that life can only be found through Jesus Christ. Hellfire was explained to those who are not born again and were exhorted to repent of sins and put faith in Jesus Christ.
I followed JK and preached repentance and forgiveness of sins and warned the listeners to live a life that is pleasing to God and warned them of hellfire which is everlasting and admonished them to be obedient to Him. I exhorted the people that they will be judged by the Living God and give an account for their lives, everything they have done in this life. Throughout the entire night, we really did not get any hecklers.
A security guard came by, and said that he was a homosexual, and that he was offended by our t-shirts that said that abortion is murder and homosex is sin, and he told us that we were not allowed to film anybody. As I continued to preach, I told the listeners that sin will get them cast into hellfire and that they must repent of sin if they were to inherit eternal life and told them to go and sin no more. I told them to put faith in Jesus Christ and explained that God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life and continued on to verses 17-20. I exhorted them to come to the Lord as they are, but when they leave, they must leave differently, they must be changed when they come to Him because they have repented of sin.
As I continued to preach, another security guard came and told JK to get the camera out of his faced, even though he was the one who came to us. He said that he has dealt with us in Miami Beach and said we were on private property and said he would call the cops because we were disturbing the peace. That was not true, as we did not have any hecklers, nobody stopped or asked us any questions. He said that he has his own beliefs and we were not allowed to tell others what to believe. He said we were not allowed to film. I continued to preach and exhorted the people that Jesus Christ can change their hearts and make them different and exclaimed that they are not guaranteed another day, but to repent today while they have an opportunity.
The security guard called the cops and as we waited for the cops to come, Emmanuel then preached. Emmanuel stated how people were judgmental and condemning towards Christians. Emmanuel said that sin was breaking God’s law and that sin is lawlessness and that God commands all men everywhere to repent because He has appointed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness. He will judge the world according to the Ten Commandments. He exhorted people to repent and do works meet for repentance. To humble themselves before God that He may exalt them. Emmanuel did a good job preaching to the people and some boys passed by who were Jewish and as Emmanuel began talking to them, the black man who was watching all the three of us preach shook Emmanuel’s hand and as the cops arrived, they told us to stop filming them and to turn off the camera. JK turned off the camera and one of the officers told JK that we were on private property and that we needed to move across the street or pass a certain restaurant that was nearby. We decided to move across the street and I began to lift up my voice and exhorted the people to repent and put their complete trust in Jesus Christ and made other exhortations to the people.
We finally left Coconut Grove at approximately 9:15 pm. and headed to Denny’s and had a great time of food and fellowship.

I want to say thanks, Micah, for taking the time to write out and post your reports in a timely manner.
I am very encouraged by some of the interaction you are beginning to see downtown. (For those who do not know, it is downtown Miami) Some of the crowds can reach 500-600 at the peak of rush hour, and continue for about 30-40 minutes.
So, this brother is getting out into the fields and getting his hands dirty, so to speak. Plowing and breaking up the fallow, hardened soil of men's hearts is not easy work. But, in the not so distant future, I believe fruit will begin to appear.
As Jesus said to "lift up your eyes" and behold the harvest that was ripe already, I believe this was a direct result of the preaching of John the Baptist. God has ordained the seasons on the earth (Genesis 8:22), and we must wait patiently for fruit (James 5:7-8).
I wish I could join you out there during the week, Bro. One day soon, the Lord Jesus willing!

I might suggest a few vignettes at your local wal-mart or gas station. You know, a brief sermonette on repentance and salvation and obedience. This will kind of break you in with small crowds when preaching solo.
I call them venyah's, actually, in honor of Michael, our friend.
Certainly, he lives the great comission.

I thought this was great!!! It was posted by a sister named Diane on another forum. Unbiblical preaching is the method of Shem and Japeth: It mocks and ridicules sin and leaves it exposed. Biblical preaching is like Ham who covered his father’s nakedness. (symbolic of Christ’s covering) Those who treat the sins of others like Shem and Japeth will be cursed - those who ridicule sinners, put up degrading billboards about them, snicker among themselves about "those sinnners" (disgusting homos or whatever). The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. May God raise more preachers who are like Ham. Diane Gen 9:18-27 And the sons of Noah, that went forth of the ark, were Shem, and Ham, and Japheth: and Ham is the father of Canaan. These are the three sons of Noah: and of them was the whole earth overspread. And Noah began to be an husbandman, and he planted a vineyard: And he drank of the wine, and was drunken; and he was uncovered within his tent. And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brethren without. And Shem and Japheth took a garment, and laid it upon both their shoulders, and went backward, and covered the nakedness of their father; and their faces were backward, and they saw not their father's nakedness. And Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son had done unto him. And he said, Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren. And he said, Blessed be the LORD God of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant. God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant. Now, did somebody forget to actually verify the truth in this post, or are we just cutting and pasting? Let's be careful, folks!

Please pray for Micah and his wife, as both were arrested on Saturday night (3/4) at Lincoln Road Mall.
Micah called me directly from the jail cell and asked me to spread the word for prayer.
This is a regular preach for MBB every week, and Micah was arrested w/o warning for obstructing the sidewalk. His wife captured the entire event on film (take note street preachers....this is a must for your outreaches), and the police immediately demanded the camera. She refused and was arrested for witholding evidence....(evidence of what? is this the USA or China?)
Somehow another team member managed to slip away unnoticed with camera in hand, but the husband and wife went to jail.
Not necessarily a bad thing, but a night in jail in Miami-Dade County is not a pleasant thing (I speak from MULTIPLE experiences). Lots of worship and preaching for the inmates tonight!

Be anxious for nothing, Brother. May His peace, which passes all understanding, guard your heart and mind.
The wife and I will remember to pray for you.
I also noticed on your site that you openly endorse a few ministries, but OAO is not one of them. Why not?

Bro. Jesse, you did mean "now" available, instead of "not" available, correct? Either way, I love your new look with the newsletter, and of course, the content is excellent. I wonder if all of these calvinists lurking around here actually read your stuff?
