Charges Dismissed November 05, 2005 On November 4, Fred Neal had to appear in Richmond General District Court to defend himself against bogus disorderly conduct charges that were brought against him by abortion clinic employee, Officer Howard Noyes, on Sept. 20, 2005. This Police Officer has made it his cause to harrass, cite, and arrest law abiding Christians who dare to speak out on behalf of the murdered preborn and their Messiah. As expected the Prosecuting Attorney again asked that the charges be dismissed. Judge Cheek agreed and ordered it to be so. We thank our Heavenly Father for another court victory and intend to press on in this battle until babies are no longer "legally" murdered by their parents. www.lifeandlibertyministries.com

Campus Intolerance Leads to the Arrest of Christians and to University Police Officer being SuspendedOn Wednesday, April 18, Kutztown University (Pennsylvania), exhibited intolerance and hostility towards the gospel. Shortly after we began ministering at Kutztown University a crowd of approximately 400 to 500 students surrounded the team of Gospel preachers. Even though this is a state university and a classic free speech venue, the university police force ordered the Christians to leave the campus immediately. The police then, at the urging of a hostile crowd, arrested two preachers from the ministry team. As the remainder of the team left with police escort, they were followed by several hundred angry and profane lovers of tolerance. The ministry team is a unified outreach of several gospel ministries from across the nation. The two team members who were arrested were charged with disorderly conduct. One university police officer was relieved of his immediate duties and then suspended when he questioned the Constitutionality of participating in the obvious discrimination of the Christian group. He is now awaiting further disciplinary actions. " OFFICER UPDATE" On April 26, Officer Steve Armbruster was called upon to appear for a disciplinary meeting. He was given 5 days with no pay. He has served with the Kutztown University police for 15 years. Hear a report on "One News Now": Christian street preachers booted from Penn. school www.onenewsnow.com/2007/04/christian_street_preachers_boo.phpHear Dennis Green's report on The Heart of the Matter with Ralph Ovadal www.sermonaudio.com/sermoninfo.asp?SID=42007131531View a terribly biased and misleading news report from WFMZ TV. Violence is mentioned twice even though there was none. www.wfmz.com/view/?id=86577. Click HERE for photos! www.lifeandlibertyministries.com/gallery/thumbnails.php?album=27Approximately 30 Christians participated in the tour. Here is a recap of the stops made. Day 1 Day of Silence visit to Abington High School. Students came out to protest our presence and our group had several good conversations with the kids. Kutztown University. This stop could have been great if it had not been for the police opposition. Hundreds of students gathered and it quickly became apparent that this was an intolerant school toward the call to repentance and the clear teachings of the gospel. In the end, two Christians were arrested and one Officer was suspended, and the rest of the team was escorted off of the campus. Day 2 Upper darby High School. Great stop as always. The students pour into this school from the sidewalks and hundreds the gospel tracts are given out. Landsdowne intersection. We set up at the main intersection in downtown Landsdowne. Landsdowne has sought to draw homosexuals to their community and has declared themselves to be a "No Place For Hate" zone. In a nutshell, the Biblical teachings on sodomy are considered hate speech in this "tolerant" community. The Gospel was preached and literature was distributed. East Stroudsburg University. Upon arrival, Jeremy and Jim began to preach to a growing crowd of students. Jim was arrested and the team was topld to leave the campus. We set up on the public sidewalks that ran through the campus and soon a huge crowd of students had gathered to oppose the preaching. I am amazed at the hardness of heart on many Unversity campuses now. The crowds became so large that the police asked us to leave. Through negotiations they agreed to allow us to return to the center of the campus to preach where there was more room. The team set up and ministered for several more hours. Miles delivered and excellent defense for the gospel. and sinners were called upon to turn to Christ. The hearts were very hard and the mouths were just as vulgar. Nevertheless, the truth was presented and much literature was distributed. Day 3 Millersville University. Started out slowly as the police made the preacher (Jeremy) stay within a "free speech" area. Eventually a large crowd of students gathered. The Gospel was preached through the day and the students asked many questions that were answered from the Scriptures. Many great conversations were had. Literature was distributed throughout the campus.

WCAV TV News Report July 14, 2005
A group of people exercised their first amendment right to free speech today on Route 29.
Abortion is an issue that has sparked heavy debate across the nation on more than one occasion, and Thursday it came full stage right here in Charlottesville.
"With every abortion, there's a baby that's been decapitated with arms and legs pulled from its body, so we're here to show people the reality of abortion," says Protester Denny Green. "Let the victims speak for themselves."
Green is one of several protesters who posted up on Route 29 Thursday in opposition of Planned Parenthood's involvement with abortion.
"Any sane, moral, upright person should oppose people dismembering children, and that's what Planned Parenthood does. They're the number one abortion provider worldwide, and they do this every day of the week around the world," added Green.
Drivers passing by shared mixed reactions. One woman passed the signs on her way to work and took more offense to the people holding the signs than the signs themselves. "If it would've been adults, it would've been fine," says Charlottesville Native Sue Stringfield." I just oppose three young boys holding signs that adults should be holding."
Planned Parenthood officials say they are doing a lot more than holding signs. "Planned Parenthood believes that woman deserve access to all healthcare options, and these people today would want to deny woman access to those options," says Becky Reid, a Planned Parenthood Grassroots Organizer.
"If people really want to reduce the need for abortion, the way to do that is to make sure women, couples, and teens have access and information to contraceptive services, and that's what we do," added Reid.
Planned Parenthood officials said that protests like those that occurred today do little to discourage their efforts.

All praise to the Father for His provision and protection. The China missions trip went well and seeds were sown far and wide. Below are three notes from team members. The first two are from my sons, Caleb and Christian and the last is from this years team leader. There are many stories I could share and will be happy to do so as we speak face to face. I have heard numerous stories of Yah's faithfulness in answering specific prayers that were lifted up in the States at the exact moment they were needed most. Friends waking up in the middle of the night or being strongly impressed to pray for us during the day just when we were facing a huge challenge is very common. One night I and my son were caught and as we sat in the police station across from an officer who searched through our wallets I was (unknown to him) praying fervently that he would be distracted and not find the bundles of tracts we had in our vests. He sat looking at us after giving back our wallets and motioned for Christian to show him what was in his bulging pockets. It was obvious what he wanted but I told Christian to give him his passport again. The officer shook his head and patted his sides and motioned for Christian to empty his pockets. We just sat there and prayed that he would get distracted. He did and gave up the search. A brother from N.Y. told me he was strongly impressed upon to pray for me during the same time and day that I and Christian were caught by the police an taken to the station. Who knew the great need we had at that moment but our loving and caring Father. He is faithful and it is He who wants to see the Gospel delivered to the lost sheep of China. Thanks for your prayers. From CalebWe had a great time in China and were able to get all of our tracts and bibles out without any major hangups. My fellow subteam member was Nathan Tyler from Florida. For a while it looked as if it would be a miracle if we made it back to Beijing{the capitol} with the clothes on our backs so fast were we losing our posessions. We had two very interesting nights over there and I will recount one of them here. About 10:30 in the evening we arose and began to get ready for our nights work. Walking down to the lobby of our hotel we were stopped by some of the workers there and they would not let us out. We showed them in our phrasebooks that we would like to go out for a walk. After a while of arguing with them they finally agreed to let us out, but only with an escort. We were hoping he would lag behind and then we could lose him in some way. But he stayed right next to us so we decided to go back to the hotel and try to sneak out at a later hour when the employees were asleep. So about an hour later we again left our hotel room and tried to sneak out the main doors. There were too many people awake in the lobby to do so. We then spent about an hour trying to find some other way out, in the process of which we climbed out onto the roof and opened a few doors that we were not supposed to. After things settled down we went into the lobby but the doors were locked. There was no way out but through the lobby so we decided to try to check out about 4:30 in the morning and then get out our tracts. So at 4:30 we went down into the lobby making as much noise as we could to wake the workers. We yelled and shouted banged on all the doors that opened into the lobby but no one woke up. I went over to try the doors again and found that we probably could squeeze through even though they were locked. We were forced to remove our jackets to get through but we made it, only to be confronted with another set of doors. These were sliding doors with sensors like we have in the states but they were turned off for the night. We tried to pull them open but could only move them a few inches. On the wall in this outer lobby there was a panel with a row of switches and since there was nothing to lose, Nathan went over and began to switch them one by one. After going through several that turned on various lights in the lobby we heard a noise in the door. But even though we jumped up and down the door still would not open. Then we found there were two little boards holding it in place. After removing these, the door opened and out we went. We got all of our tracts out and then returned to the hotel to pick up our luggage and check out. Right after we came through the first set of doors a LED light illuminated us from the balcony. The security guard came down the stairs and unlocked the door so we could get in. While he was doing so Nathan scrambled to turn off the security system. We could tell he was very perplexed as to how we got out there. After waking the other employees he kept motioning to the door and {we assumed} telling them where he found us. We were then able to check out and catch the first bus out of town. From ChristianThank you for the prayers and donations that were sent for the mission trip. We were blessed during the entire trip. We flew into Beijing and went to cities in three provinces. In one of the towns my Dad and I were picked up by the police and spent several hours in the station but none of the tracts were taken. On the last day we went to an orphanage. We did some work there and were able to visit with some of the children which was fun. Everything went well with all of the sub teams. Over 63,000 tracts were distributed and according to the organization we worked with, from that many tracts there are usually about 9000 responses. Again, thank you for your prayers and support. From another team memberGlory to God in the highest! We have safely returned from our mission trip to China. For those of you who prayed for us, thank you! God used you powerfully. Two Australian men joined up with our team of nine men (one was a fourteen-year-old boy who behaved like a man) from the U.S.A. to distribute over 63,000 Chinese Gospel tracts to homes. We strategically covered forty unreached towns and numerous villages. None of us got sick, hurt, lost, or arrested. For tens of thousands of people, this was the first time that they have ever heard of or read the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In fact, for thousands of years, most of their ancestors have never even had access to the Gospel. How many more years have to go by until the Church obeys the Great Commission and presents the Gospel to every person? How many more millions will go to hell having never even had an evangelist preach a sermon or bring tracts to their neighborhoods? Our host ministry estimates that they get up to one request for more information per seven tracts distributed. People use the contact information on the tracts to ask questions or express the need for a Bible. The unregistered Chinese churches then send materials in the mail and often evangelists contact interested people, supply them with Bibles, lead them to Christ, and plant new house churches. Even some members of the national government admit that there may be more than 100,000,000 Christians in China. So many people are very hungry for the Gospel over there! More people are coming to Christ annually in China than anywhere else in the world, in the history of Christianity. It is harvest time. Is God calling you to go to China? Perhaps you could move over there, learn the language, and start making disciples. My sub-team, the Revival Team, was walking up a dark street one night and saw some police ahead of us just as we crested a hill. They weren't looking for us, just conducting a checkpoint. We couldn't turn back, or they would know something fishy was up. If we kept walking toward them, it appeared that they would stop and search us - finding hundreds of tracts. There were no other pedestrians or vehicles around after midnight. It was early afternoon in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan at that very moment. A friend had an intense burden to intercede for us. He did so. While we were about forty yards from the police, two motorcycles come up the hill, passed us, and were stopped by the Communist police. While they searched and talked to those two guys, we walked by on the sidewalk without anyone paying attention to us. The next day, in another town, some other police came and knocked on our hotel door. Smiley and Smokey were just curious because foreigners rarely come through there. They left us alone after photocopying our passports. We saw police patrolling in cars that night, but they didn't see us as we got out over 2,000 tracts and covered most of the homes in that town. One night, somebody was following us holding a tract that he had picked up. The Lord provided a taxi cab just before this person caught up to us. The devil doesn't want China evangelized. Jesus does. The spiritual battle rages. Since my first trip to assist the persecuted Church in China, I've been sickened how Americanized China is becoming. Chinese MTV plays on some of the buses. Some of the new billboards display people being very immodest. Saddest of all for me was seeing so many young Chinese women trying to dress, paint, and pierce themselves to look like American prostitutes instead of modest Asian ladies. The Chinese government is allowing the message of Hollywood to spread while still trying to stop the Gospel of Jesus Christ in most areas. Lastly, we also delivered over 400 lbs. of Chinese study Bibles, apologetic teaching materials, and Bibles to the unregistered churches. Although some Bibles are printed and legally sold in China, the demand for them makes them merely a token amount. Although the Chinese Christians evangelize by passing out tracts, they are sometimes imprisoned, tortured, or killed when caught. The worst that has happened to Westerners caught with tracts is arrest and deportation. www.lifeandlibertyministries.com/archives/000367.php#more

This is a short note to ask that you pray for a young mother we encountered this morning at ACWHC abortuary.
Mary Penner, Noah and I were ministering at ACWHC and it was a busy day. The parking lot was filling up fast. A woman parked in the lot and walked toward the entrance while I called out to her to come over to get some of our literature. She hesitated a little as I shared truth but then walked into the killing center.
After about twenty minutes she came back outside and I called out to her again. This time she walked over and took our information. I spoke with her briefly and she went to her car. As she drove out, she stopped and thanked us for being there. She said that she was pregnant and was going to leave.
HalleluYah! Another precious life snatched away from the baby butchers.
Please pray for Ferin. Ask the Father to save her and lead her as she prepares for the arrival of her baby.

We had a blast getting this picture. I had just picked up my friend Tom from the airport the day before. He and his family had just returned from a six month stay in Israel.
I told him I had a job for him. We dressed him up and took about 20 photos in different poses. We had a great time.

One Baby Was Saved At The Abortion Clinic Today And Another Save Is Connected To LLM'S Richmond Literature Drop Project
This morning eleven Christians "showed up" on the street at Richmond Medical Center for Women.
I stated in my last update on Saturday, July 30, "when Christians show up, babies are saved". Today another baby escaped death and another mother escaped the guilt of killing her child.
Here's what happened.
"A couple drove in and the man let a woman out to go into the killing center. He then parked his car. As he approached the door, Mary Penner called out to him and offered him a packet of LLM's literature. He walked over and accepted it. Mary challenged him to take it inside and give it to the woman he had brought to the mill. He did. Some time later they both came back out. Mary said that she was happy to see them leaving. The woman, with a big smile on her face, thanked Mary. She said that she was also glad to be leaving and again thanked Mary for intervening."
The second victory is connected to our ongoing Richmond Literature Drop Campaign. Our Father uses even our mistakes for His glory
This morning Lauren Murch related the following story.
Several weeks ago a crew from the Murch clan joined us on the street in our effort to get convicting pro-life Gospel literature into every home in Richmond. On this particular day a group of three young people ended up on a street corner waiting to be picked up by me as we worked the streets. I couldn't find them because they ended up at the wrong corner, or so I thought. Our Father had His own plans.
While standing on the corner, Lauren Murch handed a piece of our literature to a woman who then asked Lauren to put some on a particular door because the woman who lived there was being pressured into having an abortion. Lauren put several pieces on the door and memorized the address.
Some time later Lauren wrote a letter to this woman that she had never met face-to-face. She included a "Little Feet" lapel pin that is shaped like the feet of a ten week old preborn baby
Yesterday, Lauren recieved a call from the lady who received the liteature and the letter. She told Lauren that she had decided to let her baby live and she had been wearing the pin ever since. She was blown away by the fact that Lauren cared enough to do what she did and follow up with her.
Remember what I said, "When Christians show up, babies are saved."
Please continue to pray for Life and Liberty Ministries and the people we encounter on the street daily.

Life and Liberty Ministries asks that you let your voice be heard! WARNING! THIS CALL TO ACTION CONTAINS OBSCENE AND OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE! Gay Pride Virginia presented its Pride Fest at the 17th Street Farmers Market in the City of Richmond on Saturday, Sept. 30, 2006. Life and Liberty Ministries was there to share the Gospel with the attendees. The event sponsors stated the following on the Gay Pride Virginia website, "The event will be family friendly so feel free to bring the kids for face painting, balloons and magic! Vendors and food and beverage stands and will be set up throughout the marketplace for shopping along with many other attractions and activities that will cater to all members of the GLBT community." There were many children in the crowd and near the stage as one of the performers, a cross dressed man by the name of Lady Bunny, presented the most obscene and vulgar performance I have ever witnessed. During the performances, many crude statements such as the following were made. Visit www.lifeandlibertyministries.com/archives/000335.php#more to read quotes from the homosexual performer. The quotes are obscene and offensive. This is just a small sampling of the obscene statements were said from the stage in the presence of children at this event that was touted as being open to children. Many children were at the event with homosexual couples and other irresponsible parents. Even the Richmond Times Dispatch ran an article stating the following, "If the political conversations at the Gay Pride Virginia Festival didn't move people, the upbeat and often-vulgar musical medley from drag artist Lady Bunny probably did the trick. In clear platform heels, a sparkly dress and sky-high blond hair, Lady Bunny's voice carried over the crowd that filled the 17th Street Farmers' Market yesterday afternoon." On numerous occasions several Richmond Police Officers were approached and asked to do something to protect the children who were being subjected to the vulgar display and they simply told us that if we didn't like it, we could leave. "Gay Pride Virginia says that this was to be their "first annual" event. For the sake of the innocent children that were exposed to such vile filth, I sincerely hope it's their last," stated Dennis Green, Director of Life and Liberty Ministries Please contact the following Officials to express you outrage at this lack of concern for innocent children by the homosexual community and the City of Richmond.
