Gen 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
And if you fall in love with a woman who has ever lived with another man who had left his parents to cleave unto her and live with her, then you are in adultery.
It is always better (safer) to take a harder line when dealing with God's Word. I know a man whom the Lord gave Matthew 19:11-12.

Eph 5:31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. The marriage happens when a man leaves home to join himself unto a woman (live with a woman). This is marriage. Sleeping with a harlot or a one night stand with a stranger is fornication, not marriage. Circumcision is of the heart. If a man loves a woman and has a relationship with a woman to the point where he is living together with her, that is marriage in the eyes of God. Picking up a harlot on the street or a drunken fling is fornication. Fornication becomes marriage when a man joins himself unto a woman (lives with her as opposed to living with mum and dad).

To Josh:
Well it wasn't a positive remark. Christ saw her as having had five husbands, because she had probably shacked up, lived and loved 5 different men, and that constitutes marriage in the eyes of God, not registration at a civil law office or some ceremony. 5 husbands and 5 adulteries.

My wife didn’t lie to me. She was ignorant as we both were. She didn’t know that living together with a man in sin constitutes marriage in the eyes of God. Sleeping with a harlot is fornication, not marriage. Any woman that leaves her parents house to dwell and sleep with a man is married. But for conscience sake, they ought to marry civilly after the law of the land.
Furthermore, a man may put away an espoused woman during the betrothal period if she fornicates, but I’m not sure if he can after they are married. It would be better to forgive her and dwell with her.

Hi Blynn,
I sinned, I fell into lust and tied the knot after only knowing her for a few weeks. She said that she had never been married, and the records show it, she has never been married (after civil law), but when I lost my power in the ministry then I knew for sure that this was not God's will. It was after I married that I understood what marriage was in God's eyes. She had lived with a man on and off for years and even had a child to him, in God's eyes they were married. It is not as simple as just repenting for adultery and staying with the woman. One needs to find out if one is allowed to stay with the woman as her X-boyfriend (husband) is still alive.

I married a woman put away 18 months ago. She was never married by civil law, but she dwelt with her boyfriend on and off for years. After I married her I discovered that she was put away in God's eyes, so I've had to repent, but here is the tricky part, in repenting, do I stay with her or depart from her??? That is what I am seeking the Lord on now almost every day. I need an answer soon.

It is a sin to put away (divorce) your wife (Matthew 5:32), but if she departs (1 COR 7:15) that is a different matter. Now if you marry her that is put away (Matthew 19:9) then you "doth commit adultery". The law for men and woman is not the same. A woman cannot remarry if the unbelieving husband departs. How do I know if a woman was ever married in the eyes of God? (as God doesn't look upon civil marriages after our law as man does). If a woman is not a virgin because of rape or the sin of fornication, she may be free to marry after she repents. But, if a woman has ever lived with a man (say a boyfriend) after leaving her parents (in a husband and wife type relationship), then they are married in God's eyes and if he departs she can never re-marry as she had been put away. The reason why some Christians nowadays are not blessed in their marriages and lack peace is because they ignore God's commandments in regards to marriage and divorce.

Yes, the probability of all the prophesies coming to pass for all the things that happened to the Son of man is 1 out of 2.54 x 10 to the 28th power. And they all came to pass.
Eve's seed defeated satan (Gen 3:15 and Gal 4:4). But before that i don't know. God wasn't too happy about making man: Gen 6:7

Holy snowjob Batman! __________________ God even knows the date Christ will return. In fact, you can know things to come as well.
John 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

If God called you to be an Evangelist, then taking on a Pastor’s role is a bad idea. I know a preacher whom God called to be an evangelist, God wrought mighty miracles by the evangelist and his ministry spread all over Australia. One day he was invited to preach in America and someone blessed him with about $3,000 000. Then he built a big church and pastured it, but God hadn’t called him to be a pastor, so he lost the anointing and membership at his church waned. He is still struggling as far as I know. Notwithstanding, if one is called to be an Apostle, then one may operate in any office within the 5 fold ministry.

The meaning of that statement simply implies that no matter what kind of mess one’s life is in, God can meet one at that point and get one out of whatever mess one happens to be in. As long as it entails genuine repentance: Meaning that one completely turns from their sin and bears fruit meat for repentance. God is not mocked, only those that forsake their sin will have mercy.
