C'mon brother, I am 47. We are not old yet! When we have been there ten thousand years....no less days to sing God's praise. Joshua was eighty something and still virile. Give it to God and get on your horse. The Lord has led me to diet and exercise more that He may move back my death appointment to see Him redeem the time in me that the locust have eaten. Hallelujah!

Thanks Jesse, I learn something new everyday! The first two are hand made on foam boards using a Cri-cut to make the letters. My wife is a big stamping and photo album gal so she let me know how to make those letters. The tall banner was pro made and cost about $125 + materials to make the pole.

Hey guys, I have been using my homemade sandwich board for three weeks now. It has been terrific to stir up the lost and the found! Can someone teach me how to insert an image? I clicked the button on the toolbar and I get html code. Then I tried to paste a copied image in between the brackets but no go. Help me please. [/img]

Hey Joe, We do the following: 1. Banners 2. Proclamation of sin, righteousness, and judgement to come 3. Hand out interesting tracts 4. Free bibles 5. Apologetics to draw hearers into debate and forms crowds 6. A tombstone (styrofoam) or a mannequin covered in a sheet. AKA the death card 7. Proclamation of the gospel of Jesus
I don't think anyone here on this board just insults people to get a crowd. When you reprove and rebuke the sin and the moral agent of that sin it stirs up the lost and the found. This causes a conflict which draws a crowd which hopes to see the preacher bloodied. Because they in their carnal mind are at war with the things of God.
Last Friday I spoke with a Christian early in the evening. He stated that we shouldn't be yelling the gospel like that. Pointing at a sign of Psalm 7:11 God is angry with the wicked.... I stated that no one was yelling and that we had not even preached yet. This person presumed by looking at God's word that someone was yelling.

I have emailed the preacher and am waiting for some information from him. He was beaten and bottled by some in the crowd later as I read through the comments on the video. He posted he would be out the next Sat to answer any of their questions. Awesome, Hallelujah! I hope if I am ever faced with such a goliath that I would have the same courage as David and this preacher. Amen.

Now Jonathon, this is great that we have agreement on some things. Let me ask you this; when you have obtained you divinity degree will that help with your salvation? No, of course not will be your reply.
So, why do you go around judging people's salvation based upon thier understanding of God's Word? Theological understanding comes with time dear brother. Not everyone, born again gets a AKJV bible put into their hands. Nor everyone upon rebirth a Calvinist, Pre-tribber, Predestinate, free will vs. God's will, biblical church, etc....ad nauseum. But, God's Holy Spirit will teach us all things.
So, if it is possible to understand those logically. Then maybe you can let go of the burden you have to straighten out all of Christendom's theology! This will give you plenty of time to go therefore and preach the gospel.
Preaching, prayer, and witnessing should be the highest priorities in the body of Christ. Yes, we need to study to show ourselves approved, be as Bereans, and test all things. At the same time we need to be gracious as we patiently and with kindness teach the Word. For those who teach have a stricter judgement before the throne of Jesus.

Dr. Ruckman's ministry makes great banners and bumper stickers! www.kjv1611.org/ Thouroughly biblical because they just quote the AKJV 1611 bible. Excellent artist, and I won't comment of his teachings because I have not studied them enough. Jonathon have you ever looked into the history of the Geneva bible?

Jonathon, I never called you my enemy. You imply that I have become that by giving that verse out of context.
Here is the kind of love I am referring to which seemingly you are in great need of.
Eph 5:1-4 Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour. But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints; Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.
Are you a member of Dr. Ruckmans church? Does he know you behave in such a graceless manner?

No Jonathan my problem is not with the Bible, it is the way you communicate with your posts.
Your judgement about my bible reading is wrong. Your command for me to read my bible is unnecessary and presumptuous.
We are under the new law of love. I don't mean worldly love, I mean agape love that we should demonstrate in this awful hour.

Oh ye of little faith! Why waste so much time and energy for the devil's work? We should fly to our knees and repent; all of us. If we spent more time in prayer and preaching we would not have time for all of this flesh. It sickens me the divisivness and lack of charity on this board sometimes.
1 Cor 13:5 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?
Pat doesn't need to be examined by any of you. The Holy Spirit in him is more than able to do the job. Lest you call him reprobrate, you hypocrites. Salvation is judged by Jesus only, you are but men.

Guys, I have a question. As I look at this passage it seems that we should not even speak of w horishness or m astrubation, etc so how can we preach openly about that? The very next verse answers, I think. We should reprove them openly but not to speak about these matters privately amongst ourselves. Is this a correct view? Eph 5:11-13 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret. But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.
Flooper for your unbiblical statement, I give you Psalm 5:4-6 For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee. The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity. Thou shalt destroy them that speak leasing: the LORD will abhor the bloody and deceitful man. We can see by this scripture what you say is a lie. If what you state is true then God would just send the sin not the sinner to hell forever. God loves them enough to send His Son and He hates with a holy hatred those that reject that sacrifice.

After being invited to a Kingdom Hall of JW's to celebrate the anniversary of jesus' death. I pondered about taking a group of people to rebuke this false religion inside their own hall. I know Paul went to the synagogues and persuaded the truths of the gospel therein. I spoke with a close friend and believe we might get more air time is we go in as a group and just ask a bunch of questions after the meeting and stir up the soup after their false teaching is finished. Boy, this could not only apply to the cults but also the AECA - apostate evangelical church in america. Still praying about it.

Sean's logic is circular unreasoning. He states why should Bro. Britt require his church to do things which are extrabiblical. Praying and preaching are mandated in scripture; you know that you just don't like a man in authority to tell you so. The fact that he requires it for membership just doesn't sit right in our humanistic thinking. If there were more men like Brother B. then we wouldn't have the apostate condition of the church in america today. Also, as noble as it seems, preaching is not our primary purpose. We were made for God's pleasure. Sean, let me illustrate the way you are presenting your thoughts with an analogy:
1. Jesus said you must be born again to enter the kingdom of God. 2. The Pastor of the local church 2000 years later requires you to be "born again" in order to become a member of the church.
By your thinking, the Pastor would be a pharisee for requiring people to "prove" thier new birthright.

Paul said I preach, Christ and Him crucified for the remission of sin. That just about covers it, offering them Christ as the payment is but a part of the whole you asked us not to mention. I agree with Rev K's post and in most matters. I thought maybe this applied as a part of the discussion: John 16:8-11 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: Of sin, because they believe not on me; Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged. If we are filled with the Holy Spirit, there will be a reproof of mankind's crimes, lifting up of God's Holiness and that He is righteous in His judgement. Re: Dale's statement about Edward's style not working in this day and age. The Bible say there is nothing new under the sun. Humankind is still up to it's old antics of murder, sedition, rape, sodomy, etc. It must be reproved or we just don't love them enough!
